As a self-proclaimed restaurant snob, I tend to turn my nose up when I hear a restaurant is a chain. Such was the case with Crave. If you are like me (value dining at local, single-establishment restaurants), don't skip out on Crave just because it's a chain. We went with a group of 5. Had a reservation for 7pm, but arrived 20 minutes early & were able to be seated right away, even though the restaurant was busy & full. The menu is a bit overwhelming with many pages (think Cheesecake Factory edited down). Started with cocktails & everyone enjoyed theirs. I will say the Blackberry Mule was tasty, but the ginger beer seemed flat. Had the Raspberry Ginger Gimlet as well, and it was very tasty, if you are ok with something a little on the sweet side - the taste of the basil in the drink was delicious! Ordered 3 apps - the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (my favorite, by far - order these!), the Bamboo Bite Roll (also pretty good) and the Lettuce Wraps. The Lettuce Wraps were my least favorite, but the favorite of some at our table. The filling had large pieces of chicken - presentation was great, but it was something about the flavor for me. Everyone was very happy with their meals. The portion sizes were huge. No one came close to finishing their meal. I had the Salmon Piccata - it was cooked perfectly, and the linguini/lemon butter/caper setup was so good. If I lived in the MSP area, this would definitely be in my comfort food rotation! Other notable dishes at our table were the Steak Frites - very generous portion of steak & fries -my friend said it was fantastic, even though it looked like she barely put a dent in it! The Red Quinoa & Grilled Salmon looked great too. We finished with mini desserts which were perfect for our already full bellies that just wanted a taste of sweetness. Service was great - she even brought us extra cocktails at no charge due to a mix-up at the bar. Overall I would definitely recommend & return to Crave. Great for groups & caters to many diets!

We had a wonderful dinner at the chef's table! Service was great and they brought out amazing desserts for the birthday people in our party. Drinks were amazing and the food was good all around. Recommend the lobster Mac and steak medallions.

They left my partners vegan burger in the oven and had to remake it, by the time their food was ready we had to get it to go, because we were late for a movie. The manager came over and personally told me they would take care of the entire bill, only for me to be told by my server I was still paying for half of our bill. Such terrible communication. Will not be returning

Got together w one other person. Lobster bisque was eh at best (no chunks of lobster, $14.99 though soups list at $7.99) - would never order it again. Oily. Sushi was fine and calamari was good. Service was great. $80 plus for 2 people.

The food is just fair, but overpriced. Service was good, nothing extraordinary. The restaurant smells strongly of fish and fried food and we left smelling of it too. I’d probably only return if someone else wanted it. It’s not terrible, but certainly nothing special. There are much better choices in the same price range.

I did request a regular table and we were asked if we wanted a high top or booth with a step. We ended up in the booth but would have preferred to have been seated at a regular table towards the back and other side. Our waiter was awesome and brought our Granddaughter a spectacular dessert.

Out last visit to Crave was so disappointing. After waiting for 20 minutes to order, we had to go find someone. Another server took our order, someone else brought our food, and even checked on us. When it was time to pay, our server showed up but neglected to offer the birthday dessert that the host promised. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Such a bummer. We had a bad experience here before but will think twice about going back.
