   Terrible experience. Not the lovely Cucci we used to know, and frequently visit, pre-Covid. Salad was good. Then a very long wait for our main course - waitress said the kitchen was “backed up” - and 5 minutes after it arrived, Marino came to tell us that we had to vacate the table as another seating would be in 10 minutes; said we could finish our meal at the bar! Pickerel at $45 was tasteless and bland, so we just left our meal unfinished. We will not be back. From 5-stars to 1. Bye-bye Cucci.

    One of my favorite restaurants..from the impeccable service, food, and ambience. I travel globally and cucci stands up to the beat of them. It's a hidden gem. The scallops, the branzino and the creme brule are fantastic. Our server was fantastic. We will be back!

    Food is very good the service was slow almost 90 mins to get main courses out. Mind you this was Mother’s Day the waitress told us they were busy at start of service.

    Some of the food was great e.g. truffle scrambled eggs, tuna tartare, chocolate croissants, carrot cake to die for but some where just average e.g. croissant, lamb was quite fatty, bacon quite chewy. We were told mimosas were not included in the price only to be told towards the end of the meal that it was. I would have appreciated knowing early on to enjoy with my meal. We had to also ask for the crab to be restocked and the desserts ran out pretty fast.

    Great food and service. It was a bit loud inside the restaurant, and it seems they have replaced the nice solo pianist with house music. Doesn’t seems to be the right feel for the rest of the experience. Difficulties have a conversation at the table.

    We really enjoyed the food and found our servers very helpful yet rushed off their feet. We had the impression we were to move along asap. The loud music challenged our ability to have conversation - tough for my mother-in-law, who is in her 80s. Overall, an experience with potential should the customer experience become a greater focus.

    Absolutely the BEST food I've eaten in a very long time! I had the Beet salad, and the Beef Cheeks dish, the flavours and textures were outstanding! A very busy night, our table was right by the front door, patio not open yet. Service was quick albeit a little in-your-face, and restaurant prices are astronomical these days, but a totally delightful meal. Appreciate the valet parking option.

    What a fantastic night. Cucci never fails us when it comes to food and drink and service by Ernie, who sadly is hanging up the tray next weekend and retiring! It was a perfect Mothers Day celebration for two again last night and we will always be back! We had the mussels and ceasar salad to start and the pasta de GIORno and chicken supreme as the mains.     We had reservations for 630. We did not all arrive at the same time when each party arrived it seemed forever until the server came to take a drink order, which took even longer to actually get the drink. when our server came to take the appetizer order, she made a remark to one person in our party about being at the mercy of his girlfriend. We did not think that was very appropriate. Once the food did arrive, she did not come back to see if we needed anything or if the food was to our liking. I had to wave down another server to bring over Parmesan cheese. She was not very attentive to our needs. In fact, once we were finished eating, the dirty dishes sat in front until once again I asked the server if they could clear our dishes / considering the amount of food and alcohol we had ordered I would’ve expected much better service since she was trying to earn a large tip.     A beautiful room to enjoy a lovely dinner. Staff are well trained, warm and attentive. Food was delicious, mains served piping hot from the kitchen even with a full house. Kudos to the kitchen. Not one of our regular spots but it should be. Fantastic experience.

    Sad to say-we used to love it here. Our server forgot things we ordered and when we had issues with our entries, he just ignored us. We ordered a bottle of wine and when our entries were placed before us, no wine, no apology. Duck was tough, inedible, tried to waive him down, nope. Finally asked another waiter for manager. Manager seemed stressed and mumbled a lot. We left. So much for our special occasion. Cucchi? What happened?

    The restaurant was fully booked for a Saturday evening. Wonderful ambiance and terrific service. Lots of wait staff to make sure your needs are met. It was a little noisy but the restaurant was full but better to be more active then less is my preference. We began with a doz PEO oysters which came quickly and so yummy. Caesar Salad was excellent but perhaps a little small. My wife had the Brussels sprout salad which she loved and found the serving size fine. I had a fillet which was good quality, presented nicely and cooked MR as asked but it was nothing extraordinary. Wife had a lobster pasta dish which she loved. For desert we shared a tasty tiramisu, again lovely and a good portion size to share. Tax and tip $330 including 2 6oz glasses of wine. We would go back if only for the atmosphere.
