Yet another wonderful dinner at Rosemary -- classic French dishes with a modern touch. We had the frisée salad avec duck leg confit, the veal sweetbreads, and the pan-seared duck breast as mains. Tim and Mogi are fabulous and attentive servers! Highly recommended! FML

I live out of state but when I’m in Annapolis, I stop here. Food and ambiance is fantastic. The service was okay, server was a bit low energy not like our first experience. The halo halo wasn’t as good as the first time I came seemed liked there wasn’t as much toppings as the last time we had it. Probably a good thing because the portions of the rest of our dishes were very good. Definitely a hidden gem.
