I am a wine club member and for quite some time this has been my go to. However, the last few times they had really slipped. Well, this visit went back to the way they used to be. HURRAY!!!!!

Delaney and owners Simeone & Beth made our 23rd anniversary dinner extra special like every time we’ve dined at Cortona!
Beth picked us a nice Italian Chianti to go with our Lobster ravioli with shrimp and Spaghetti with Pistachio crème sauce with Shrimp. We had Beth’s Fresh tiramisu and a dark chocolate cannoli for a tasty dessert!! We celebrate all our special events at Cortona!!
Family flying in from CA. and were starving having been delayed and changing planes! We knew exactly where to take them and we were not disappointed! Our waiter was prompt and so was our food and it was hot and delicious!! Thank you!!
Server Matthew was awesome. Had a very detailed understanding of the menu and was an excellent communicator.
Ordered the French Onion soup to start - my friend had the Ceasar salad - both were excellent. We split the Short Rib appetizer special (tastiest dish of the night).
Couldn’t decide on Prime Chicken or the Filet & after hearing the specials, I opted for the 10oz middle cut Ribeye - was super disappointed… somewhat flavorless for a ribeye and dry (ordered medium for ribeye - MR for all my other steaks). They happily took it back and replaced it the Prime Chicken & it was delicious.
Overall good experience.
Wasn’t my first time visiting this establishment, but they treated us as if it were. Excellent service and the Colorado Lamb was the best I’ve ever had. Melt in your mouth, perfectly seared.

We ate at Grindstone on the Monon twice last week - lunch on Wednesday and dinner on Friday. We had lunch on the patio, and the food was delicious. I had a Cobb Salad that was excellent. My wife had filet sliders and a cup of soup which she enjoyed very much.
We returned on Friday for dinner (I had managed to leave my credit card there on Wednesday so we went back to retrieve the card and have dinner.) I had fish and chips. The fish portion was quite large, very crispy, and delicious. The fries and cole slaw were excellent. My wife had a repeat of the filet sliders, accompanied by fresh fruit this time. We had a reservation for a bar table, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The restaurant was very busy, but our server managed to stay on top of everything and did an excellent job.
This is one of our favorite restaurants.
