We were overall impressed with our first foray to the Rouge Room. We were there only for the Happy hour and ordered only from the 5 to 7 menu. We will definitely do that again when we have guests to entertain. I realize that as a new entity, glitches can be expected: service wasn't what might be expected with the battery of personnel available, and the prices for items seemed uneven based on the item. The shrimp cocktail was nothing short of sensational. All in all, we intend to be back on special occasions.

Great food and service, and beautiful fancy restaurant, one thing I do have to say there are too many staff just standing around because they don’t have anything to do. Some staff members are just standing watching customers and it can be a bit uncomfortable because they are just there fixing tables and standing around like security, overall a great experience, food was worth for the price.
