We always have a great time at Papas Taps! The food and drink is always top-notch and the Flamenco band/dancers are incredible! I have to give special recognition to our server, Arturo. We have had hime three times and he c continues to be a great addition to the Papas Tapa team. He always is extremely attentive and very personable, but he also has a great sense of humor that makes the evening even more enjoyable. He said the rest of the staff refer to him as "the clown" and it's easy to see why! We recommend Paps Tapas without hesitation. It is truly a piece of Spain in Scottsdale. Bud McLarty

Everything was very good. The only disappointment was not being able to get separate checks. Of course we figured it out for ourselves but it’s just not that difficult to provide this service. Otherwise the food and service was stellar. We will go again.

An absolute unique experience—it was perfect for a girls brunch out. Will return when the patio is open. Great photo opportunities as well. You can tell it was very thought out. Good was so tasty and drinks were divine.

The Father’s Day deal was amazing. The ribeye was fantastic and the dessert so good. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable about the menu and remembered me from a previous visit.

Reservations were easy to make & we got a nice table. Service was prompt & efficient. Beautiful South & West valley views. Large, beautifully decorated bar. The Brussel sprouts were fantastic. Some of the best we've had. We were slightly disappointed with the romaine a la griglia (salad) as it was not as good as our last visit. The beef short ribs were very tasty, although we thought the portion was small for the price. An overall good experience that the ambiance makes shine.

We have always enjoyed Flint. Overall the food and service is very good. The chefs do an excellent job presenting beautiful and delicious offerings. Their grill work is on point. Our server Eric was a consummate professional, with friendly, attentive service. We will continue to visit as it’s on our favorites list.
