I've lived in the Raleigh area for almost 20 years now. I've seen Caffe Luna many times and for some reason never actually ate there. Last night, I took my wife there prior to seeing a show and we were so happy! Here are some of our comments to each other... The Good... - "This place is great!" Why have we never come here before? - "Wow! They should raise their prices." (Not that we want that as consumers, but compared to what we see elsewhere...) - "This space would be great to reserve for a private gathering." (the back portion of the restaurant that can be partitioned off). Criticisms... - "They could use a bar area for people who want to stop in for a glass of wine." (This is just our opinion. I'm honestly just trying to find a criticism here since our entire experience was excellent.) We each had a salad and we split the Tortelli Crostacci (Fresh Pasta Stuffed with Lobster, Crabmeat and Prawns Sauté in Cream). The food was perfect! The wine was perfect! Lulu (spelling?) our waitress was perfect! We can't wait to go back with friends. Thank you for starting our date night off right! See you soon!

This was our first time at Gravy since moving here recently, and we brought some out-of-town guests with us for lunch. Between the four of us, we ordered Bruschetta, Eggplant Pie, Tagliatelle Bolognese, and Artichoke Ravioli. Everything came in in great time and was done perfectly with proper temperatures. Delicious flavors. A regional manager had come in to help when someone couldn’t show up and stopped to have a great conversation without ever being rushed. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I went there for our 13th Anniversary. By far the best food and service we have experienced anywhere in the Greater Triangle area. Wow!! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and food was incredible!! A Must Go!!
