The Chef’s curated menu was incredible.
Growing up outside the country I was raised on both Peruvian and Bolivian Food. The ceviche was something I haven’t tasted since I was outside the country. It brought back so many memories. Very nostalgic, rustic, flavorful ceviche.
Gaucho sushi roll was also excellent, very fresh and flavorful. Servers were top shelf, and so where the hosts who routinely scan the restaurant to aid when needed.
One thing I think the restaurant should do better is probably the bathroom. But beyond that this place was 10/10
