Under the helm of James Beard-winning chef Todd English, The Beast offers a diverse selection of menu items suitable for any diet, but the real focus is on prime meats that are grilled, slow-roasted or smoked to perfection. An immersive and visually stimulating space, The Beast marches to its own beat, as it features eight different food “stations” within its walls, all of which are led by a “masters” of their craft — a barbecue master serves up mouthwatering meats, whereas a pizza master perfects time-honored pies, as well as original-to-The-Beast fare, such as the White Pizza w Arugula Mushroom Pizza.
