Requested separate checks..no problem. Restaurant was noisey at lunchtime. Several large parties. Enjoyed our food and visit.More infoPomegranate BistroPrice: Moderate• Bistro• Redmond•4.6

- DDanSeattle / Eastern Washington •4 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024The quality and taste of all food from the salad course, main course to dessert was outstanding. The flavor profiles of the braised short rib and truffle mashed potatoes was wonderful. The only reason for not giving 5 stars in this category was due to the small portion size. Perhaps this was due to it being a special priced menu for Seattle Restaurant Week, but when I make braised short ribs, a single short rib (boneless) would be around 4 ounces vs. the closer to 2 ounces that came to the table. The overall quality was so good though that my date and I were very satisfied and the amazing espresso crème brûlée filled the void.More infoCascades Restaurant & Bar - Embassy Suites Seattle BellevuePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Bellevue•5
