Had another excellent meal and service! Enjoyed the happy hour drinks and easy going vibe.

We went on a Tuesday evening pre Blue Jays game. We ordered the Honey Ricotta App which came with very generous dollops of Ricotta and warm crusty bread which unfortunately we ran out of with cheese left over. A staff person noticed (?supervisor) and immediately notified us that he would bring us more bread which arrived within minutes and was nice and warm. I had the jerk chicken pasta which was delicious, moist and tender with just enough heat. The vegetables in the dish were cooked perfectly, I was particularly impressed with the broccoli, bright (not Olive) green and with a good crunch. My wife had a burger which was hot and juicy and generously topped. The drink menu featured a “Big Glass” (20 ozs) of beer for $9.50. When our server brought our drinks she explained (I didn’t quite catch the reason) that they couldn’t offer the 20 oz glass but brought me a Tallboy can of the same beer and said I could have 2 of them (well more than 20 ozs) for the $9.50 feature price. In the end 1 can was enough so they only charged me $5 for it which I thought was more than generous. As on previous visits, our server and all the staff we interacted with were just great. So after 3 visits we have only enjoyed great food at very good prices, and when there were any kind of missteps (extra bread needed, drink feature unavailable) they immediately recognized the glitch and set about to “make it right” by us. We highly recommend the Fox on John and look forward to our next visit.
