Best Contemporary Canadian Restaurants in Beaumont

It was one of the best experiences we’ve had here. Our server was wonderful and so attentive. We were there to watch the oilers game and celebrate our parents anniversary and everyone had a blast. The food was 10/10, vibe was 10/10 and the drinks were great! Highly recommend!

A cool, fancy, little “hole in the wall” restaurant with great ambience, wonderful service, and punchy flavours. The food was great, very creative and very well-seasoned with bold and interesting flavour profiles. We sat at the bar and our server Jess was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us with some suggestions for dishes and attentive to our drinks and each of our “first bites” to ensure we were happy. One of the best carpaccios we have had in the city so far, the linguine is a must, sablefish was cooked perfectly, and the anchovy toast was an umami flavour bomb (don’t be scared of this one- GET IT)! We also tried the croquette, and fennel salad which were both also very punchy and creative. Would highly recommend Darling if you like bold, creative dishes with a contemporary Canadian framework.

Loved it! The food, the vibe, all the floral decoration also the service. I just loved it and its perfect for a girls brunch date.

This is our second time dining here and it did not disappoint. We love the quiet ambiance and of course the wonderful food. Our favourites, the beet salad, the cauliflower and the coulotte are great but everting we have eaten is exceptional. We will be back.

Good food and service but difficult to find. Need more signage at entrances on main floor.
