- WWesleySeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoExceptional food, exceptional service, wonderful atmosphere. There was a combination of artistic and forward thinking technique with traditional and unique ingredients. The highlight for me was the dry ice "pistachio". Although the "cauliflower" with caviar was definitely in that conversation. The way that they created the flavors and textures of such simple ingredients with a totally unique experience of those flavors was amazing. The wine pairings matched the courses flawlessly.More infominibar by José Andrés$$$$• Contemporary European• Penn Quarter•4.8

- AAshleyWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad an amazing date night! First time dining and definitely will be back. Isabel took great care of us and was prompt, attentive, and very friendly. Managers took the time to chat with us and make sure everything was satisfactory (and most definitely was!). For sure will be a date night regular spot.More infoThe Sovereign$$$$• Belgian• Georgetown•4.7

- SSelmaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on May 30, 2026First of all, best dinner experience so far in DC and Chef Lledo being the second person we saw after walking into the establishment spoke to his touch in everything. Service was the name of the game, the lead Ann made the whole dining experience seamless, a story, gave us insight into the chefs intention for us with each bite. Sommolier Aaron was the tone setter for each bite with the perfect pairing. I would advocate for doing the wine pairing. We did one with and one without and as the without, I ordered à la carte glasses which were fabulous- but the pairings were perfectly matched to draw more out from each dish and flavor. Other service staff like Julia and Pavel took care to keep us on our valencian Journey, and the view into the kitchen from every table was a pleasant touch.
