Very good ambiance - pub feel. Very good food. Pretzel is excellent and huge. Burger and fish n chips were great. Our server was great. One thing to be aware of for people who have mobility challenges is restrooms are on the lower level.

I was celebrating Mother's Day with my wife, and we used one of the options from Tourism Challenge in Richmond, this one sounded interesting. I don't have any complaints about the server, she was awesome. The food was not so pricey, but the portions were smaller than expected, we ordered Beef and Chicken teriyaki. Tasted so good and we wanted an option with good amount of veggies, I was happy to see the added different kind of them. My daughter ordered chicken wings, this was a good portion. Overall, the experience was good, the lounge is small and looks so outdated, but at the end the bill was so reasonable.
