Absolutely delightful! The tasting menu was exquisite and the wine pairings were so unexpected and amazing! The service was above and beyond! I have been to Alder 7-8 times, the food and service are always 100%. I was there this week for a special occasion, the staff went above and beyond beyond to make the evening memorable. I can't recommend it enough

It was great having Chef Bennet come out and introduce us to a dish. U can feel that the tasting menu is coming from Chef Bennett's Root (South Africa). The menu was very earthy and exciting from dish to dish. The Juice pairing that was offered was great as well.
