Vero Bistro is a wonderful restaurant! We invited friends to join us; they have some dietary issues that were met with elegance and grace. Chef Jenny’s offerings represent an aesthetic not common in Calgary. The food is beautifully presented and tastefully prepared. At front of house, we were warmly welcomed by Michael and well treated by our server, Riley. Dining at Vero is like dining at the home of a good friend. We’ve been patrons and fans for 16 years and look forward to many many more opportunities to enjoy their hospitality ❤️

This was an excellent choice for our annual tradition of going out to a nice restaurant on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and the service was attentive without being overly done. We will definitely return in the future for special occasions.
