Olives Atlantis offers a warm, casual dining experience with a three-meal-a-day menu, featuring world-renowned chef Todd English's signature interpretive Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a variety of coastal dishes prepared using high-quality, seasonal, and fresh ingredients. Olives Atlantis features an expansive open kitchen where English's team prepares dishes from a rotisserie grill, where guests can enjoy made-to-order cuts of meat and grilled fish, such as the fresh catch-of-the-day. The Raw Bar offers a large fresh seafood display with daily offerings of shellfish, clams, and oysters, and a wood-burning oven showcasing English's infamous thin-crust flatbread pizzas. There is a $50 per party (and $50 per person on Dec 31) for all no shows. Cancellations must be called in no later than 4pm of actual booking date.
