Best Portuguese Restaurants in Plateau Mont-Royal

Really enjoyed my experience at this new westmount resto. Really unique layout, multiple levels. Had the espresso martini, and a spicy marg. Wow. Both unique takes on classic cocktails. Started with the bacalau croquettes, and the octopus carpaccio... croquettes were a nice texture, and the carpaccio was really fresh. They had a mixed Grill For 4 advertised, but we were only 2. They were kind enough to make the adjustment for us. And we really enjoyed everything on the plate. Topped it all off with a Natas Sundae. From beginning to end enjoyed. Hopefully they keep it up!

It was a wonderful lunch and the food was excellent. Fernando was our waiter and it was a pleasure to be served by someone so pleasant and attentive. I will want to sit in his section every time. It was a bit noisy as it was lunch time and filled with business people but the noise abated by 1:30. A wonderful experience and congrats to the whole staff and management. See you again very soon. Food was terrific and both it and house wine were very reasonably priced. My wife had piri piri shrimp which was very tasty but probably could have been a little spicier for her given her tastes but very very good. I had madiera beef brochette which was excellent. Place was a little quiet for Saturday night but a larger group did come in and twice before I couldn't get a reservation earlier in the week. Place us a real gem and montrealers should pack the place every night
