In addition to Spanish cheese and jamón tasting platters, there will be traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine. Starters include ibérico secreto carpaccio, and gazpacho Andaluz. Heartier fare includes: asturian fabada topped with shaved ham; solomillo ibérico; and an ibérico secreto carbonara. Seafood fans will have many options, including different paellas, Galician octopus, stuffed calamari, and trout baked in a salt crust.
