Bienvenue chez Macellaio Roberto Costa, royaume du bœuf Fassone italien à Londres. Cet établissement n'est autre que la première boucherie-restaurant à avoir ouvert ses portes à Londres. La boucherie sur place ne propose que des produits d'excellence, au nombre desquels figurent la viande de bœuf Fassone, d'origine piémontaise, de la charcuterie et du vin provenant des meilleurs fournisseurs italiens, le propriétaire des lieux privilégiant les artisans au détriment des grandes industries agro-alimentaires. La boucherie s'approvisionne auprès de 7 élevages situés entre Monforte d'Alba, Serralunga, Roddi et Alba. Les amateurs de fromage ne manqueront pas le gorgonzola Tosi, fabriqué à Gattico (100 litres de lait sont nécessaires pour obtenir 12 kg de gorgonzola). « La qualité avant tout » : tel est le mot d'ordre du personnel ici, qui ne cède jamais au compromis pour honorer la profession du mieux possible. L'accueil, typiquement italien, à l'image des trattorie traditionnelles du « Bel Paese », se distingue par sa chaleur, sa proximité et la volonté de toujours fournir le meilleur service.
