In June 2017, just in advance of that anniversary, the Bromberg Brothers have opened Blue Ribbon Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The new restaurant is built on the vision that originated 25 years ago in one small restaurant space in New York City's SoHo, which grew into a beloved NYC institution. Now, at The Cosmopolitan, Blue Ribbon will build on that original vision, drawing inspiration from the bustling energy of the Las Vegas Strip. Blue Ribbon Las Vegas will be part saloon, part oyster bar, part American eatery, and part international culinary tour.
