Best Steakhouses in Dunbar-Southlands

Our first time at this Hy’s and our experience was great! We were seated upstairs in a booth which was nice. Our food was delicious, however the table-side Casser Salad could have used colder, crisper lettuce and less garlic in the dressing! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and we loved the charcoal flavor! Our server, Marcus was excellent and provided superior service. He also was comfortable dealing with the four of us and our personalities! Highly recommend Hy’s!

We always have a great evening at the Keg. The food and service were great. Server made an effort to chat with us and have good rapport. Drinks could have arrived faster. One suggestion is to train the hostesses to seat people in an intelligent manner. When an entire area is open, do not sit guests next to a table of men who are loud.

We live over 60km away from Gotham, but we never hesitate to make the trek for any special occasion. I take great pride in my own steak cooking skills, so I won’t usually buy a steak anywhere to avoid being disappointed by an overpriced cut. But Gotham is not that! All of their cuts are of the absolute best quality you can find, and cooked to absolute perfection. It is the only place I will go for a good steak dinner. Always my number one choice.
