You'll taste a flight of Canadian wines from all over the country - British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Ontario - as you nibble on entirely locally sourced charcuterie board featuring Ontario made cheese, bread, honey, meats, pickles, dips and spreads - all made by local artisans, that pair effortlessly with the local wine.
