Des plats extraordinaires. Tout y est excellent. Le seul vrai bémol c’est ce niveau sonore assez fatiguant - on se cherche entre l’ambiance bar branché (avec la musique forte mais qu’on n’écoute pas vraiment) et le resto gastro fusion.

Nous sommes habitués aux étoilés, en France comme à l'étranger, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce restaurant seulement référencé chez Michelin, un vrai bonheur, tant dans les saveurs, que dans le service, Jed notre serveur a été patient, attentionné et bienveillant avec des français ayant des lacunes en anglais oral. Une recherche et un travail sur le poisson que nous avons rarement rencontré, une super soirée et vrai grand repas gastronomique japonais.
