CUT Steakhouse offers a fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine or perhaps a popular craft beer. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious AAA Atlantic Rib-eye, PEI Blue Dot tenderloin or Wagyu beef all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, SHUCK Seafood + Raw Bar features a seafood market with a wide selection of Nova Scotia product delivered daily. Enjoy oysters on the half shell, crudo, ceviche or whole fresh fish prepared to your liking. In the summer, sit outside on our beautiful patio overlooking the Halifax waterfront.

    Great meats, nice wine list and very enjoyable desserts. Pricey but then it follows the norm when it comes to a la carte steak houses. Great variety of cuts.

    Cut is one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to. We had our reservation at 6:00 pm on a Saturday, and we were one of the first tables being served. We were approximately 2 hours and the restaurant was full by that time. The food, drinks and service were amazing! I would go back when I return to Halifax.

    Very good food and excellent service. It is an a'la carte menu and all sides are ordered at an extra cost. We were told the serving size of the sides were shareable and we probably would want to order this way. The serving size for us was shareable, but, may not be for others. The prices were high compared to other dining experiences we have had in other high end establishments.

    Service, ambience, atmosphere and the food. Couldn’t have asked for or expected any better than what we received. The dessert with Happy Anniversary written on the plate for us was a very special and appreciated touch. Thank you to all the servers and chefs for a great experience.

    It is a great place to indulge in the finest steak in the province and Canada. The staff set the gold standard in experience, and it is one of my favourite places to dine near the waterfront. Yes, you will pay a pretty penny, but we live once and is totally worth it
