   Overall good experience. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Our waitress was very nice and sweet but got my food order wrong and we went along time without refills.

   There was plenty of open tables within the space, but the servers sat everyone fairly close together. I get the need for efficiency, but the noise level certainly ratcheted up. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the ceviche was the standout! I’ll be ordering that again.

   We went there since we were going to a concert close by. Find out after the fact that the restaurant was unaware of the rescheduled concert on a Wednesday night. Which would explain the long wait for our food even though we had a reservation. We ended up moving to the bar and service was better there. Thank goodness for the bartender (can’t remember her name) she made sure we were taken care of and apologized for the long wait for food etc.

   Service was so slow. They were obviously understaffed due to the concert being rescheduled but we knew for almost a month when the new date was. Certainly the restaurant would have known too. My jumbo margarita had no tequila in it. Not sure if it’s due to the happy hour price but I would bet money they didn’t put any tequila in it.

    Very accommodating to our party of 6 celebrating a 21st birthday. Service was wonderful. Our server Zack was so friendly and attentive. Food was very good, plenty of it. Definitely recommend Cyclone Anaya's - Woodlands.

    Everything about our experience was simply perfect. The value for the food was excellent and the food itself was delicious (Tex med cheese and cyclone Anaya enchiladas). We enjoyed trying the Tex-Mex cuisine as well as authentic Mexican. Outdoor seating provided nice views of the fountains nearby.

    The W is always a great place to dine. Dining outside is my preference and this place has a good patio. Its next to the water. Good people watching. The food is really good but expensive. Its tough to afford it frequently but its a treat.

    Always enjoy The W esp on the water. CA has a great patio near the water to enjoy the scenery. The patio had some shade which helped. The service was good, she was attentive and worked hard. It felt like a foreign place b/c the waitress had an accent and the table next to us did not speak English. But the food tasted great, lots of it, and filling. Again, the outside was a peaceful place to eat and enjoy our Texas town. USA!

    Wanted to be outside- no lights was dark. Came inside took the waiter forever to bring out drinks then refill us. Then they was no AC, we had to ask for a fan because the AC was never working. Then she charged me $2 extra for some sour cream, never stated that would be extra.

    Unfortunately this was not a great experience. We had reservations and were seated by a cage of propane tanks they were short staffed and the kitchen was so backed up we only orders off the Happy Hour menu which was very limited. No one got their drinks in time and the frozen margarita machine broke down. The management did not plan for the onslaught of customers even though a very well known popular Country artist was performing that night. Will be a long time before we come back if ever

    My team and I enjoyed our outing and have returned several times in the past. We were glad to show one of our out of town associates what your location had to offer and I am happy to say she was not disappointed. Thank you very much for your attentiveness and kindness with our group of 10 and we look forward to our next team building meeting in a few months later on this year.

    Food was delicious but service was slow and inattentive for the 1st 20 minutes that we were there. Recommend that people not show up between 2 and 3 pm as they don’t have enough people on shift then.

    Amazing!!!! The fish tacos were so good and they offered us a free queso. Spicyjalapeno Margarita was a little disappointing . Too tangy. But it was overall a great dining experience!

    it was just as warm inside as it was outside... not sure what was going on with AC(might add a few more fans outside =) ), other than that everything else was really good. We will be back for sure!

    We started with the brisket nachos, and they were awesome! I had the create your own plate for lunch, and I chose a chicken enchilada and a cheese enchilada. They were both excellent! I’m not a big fan of refried beans and Mexican style rice, but I tasted both since they came with the enchiladas, and they were very good. My friend said her chicken fajitas were great. Debbie, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful! This restaurant has great views of the waterway in The Woodlands, and we will be back. Overall, we enjoyed a delicious lunch with excellent service.

    We had the best time at Cyclone Anaya’s!!! Our server Mario was just superb and I can’t even tell you in words how amazing the food was!!! Definitely a favorite place of mine and will be back for sure!!

    Server forgot to ring in our food (she told us she was new). We waited over an hour for quesadillas. It would have been fine if it weren’t meeting with my family who were visiting out of town and we had somewhere to be. So ultimately we ended up boxing it. But the food was delicious and everyone else was nice. She could have given us a discount but I don’t think she wanted her manager to know she made a mistake. So just thought I would you let you know here 😀

    The food was warm and delivered quickly. We both wished the tamales had more pork than masa, but they had a good flavor. The refried beans and rice were excellent. We recommend eating outside. It seemed dark and stuffy inside. Our server could have been more friendly and more knowledgable about the menu items. It's a good place to dine outdoors, and we will try the brunch menu next time.

    The minute we walked in the service was great. Hot sauce excellent. I was impressed by how I was given the choice of how I wanted my salmon cooked. Never had been asked this before. Waitress came often to ask if we needed anything. The food tasted delicious.

    We got there only to be told our table wasn't ready yet fine but then they said it could be 20 minutes are so and asked if we would be willing to sit outside. It was chilly so we just requested do be near a heater and we were ok with that. Trying to be understanding. First no one ever came to take our order people that were there before us left and new guest seated and had drinks before us. Then they lady brings us dirty plates TWICE I mean they had sour cream on them and cheese!! Come on! Then I went inside spoke to the manager who tried to help but brought so "clean plates" Not really clean smh and some queso on the house.. We don't like queso but didn't want to be rude understanding she was trying to be nice. We finally get a server he did teh best he could given everything not until someone mention my birthday (which was on the reservation btw) and we are already trying to get the check to leave they come out signing, We finally get the check pay and try to get our parking validated they say we don't do that either. Food was nothing amazing and it was our first time. We won't be back to this location ever again!

    Good for families. Service was sub par, I’m still waiting on my tortillas. The host was very friendly. I don’t think this is usual service, maybe we just got a bad waiter. The food was just ok, nothing exceptional.
