Da Bianca Trattoria
Food was very good as usual, but service was very slow. Everything took a long time and our server did not check on us often despite the wait. We eat here often and were there to celebrate our son's Birthday so the poor service was disappointing. But the food was delicious once it arrived!
I noticed the cooking from the different dishes we ordered had changed a bit or they changed a chef, a simple one I always order was bolognese, I don't eat lamb, the ground meat tasted gamy; chicken inside cannoli was cut too large and made it dry; fish on the Special menu smelled and tasted fishy..etc. Hope they improve, I love that restaurant, I have been going there since the mother was alive!
We had a Sunday night dinner there with our son and son-in-law. The food, ambience and service were all excellent as usual. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. It’s the perfect neighborhood trattoria.
Message from Open Table reservation was not read. Took a really long time to get bread.
We love this place! It’s great food & service with a quaint family vibe
Fish had too many bones
Enjoyed the dining experience immensely! We'll be back.
Great food, pleasant staff you can never go wrong here.
Nice setting. Very attentive wait staff. Food was great.
Very accommodating and attentive service. One of our favorite places for a cozy dinner.
We've heard about Da Bianca for a while and have lived in the area for a very long time. Don't know why it took so long to go but we were very happy we went there and will be going back.
Always great service and food. Little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Always a pleasure to dine at Da Bianca because of the food, service, and ambiance.
Excellent on all fronts
It was great all around. I will definitely come back.
The food is always delicious and they always have great specials.
The food and service are outstanding. The noise level is at times annoying because there is little to absorb sound. It's a little difficult to find in the strip center where it is located but this is truly a treasure worth hunting for.
We were introduced to Da Bianca by friends and it had been a while since we had eaten there. We finally made it back and were reminded what a great local gem of a restaurant it is. The ambiance is perfect for a “nicer” casual dining experience. The food was well prepared, the service just right, and the hostess/owner was absolutely personable and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our experience. This is going to become a “regular” on our list for a variety of occasions.
Always there best food, service and time
Very good place for survival occasions or just pure fun
This is our go to resturant. It is always excellent.
Delicious dinners with great service.
The menu is extensive along with several daily specials. This is a neighborhood trattoria where you will undoubtedly meet up with friends and neighbors. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.
See you at Da Bianca’s
The opera music was a little to much and A little loud. Once asked to the lower the volume they did change the music. Food and service very good but keen on the music.
Always a delightful evening...everything aligns.
Good Wine, Great Food and nice ambience.
Celebrating two birthday!
was treated with dessert for both birthday girls.
Great service but welcoming and attentive staff! Food was very good! This is a small local and seemingly family run restaurant. The noise level was high but reflected the happy customers enjoying their evening!
I would highly recommend it.
Great! Always enjoy dinner here.
This restaurant was absolutely spectacular. From starter course to dessert they hit it out of the park. I will absolutely 100% be back here again and I will be bringing some very special guests with me. The smell of garlic the moment you walk in just swirls around your head as if you were dreaming and BELIVE me your mouth will start to water! They had a very nice wine selection that was moderately priced. The owner of the restaurant was there and she treated me as if I was part of her family. I also noticed she walked around the dining room greeting several guests that were long time customers which is always very nice to see.
Food was delicious. Will definitely go back
Da Bianca Trattoria never disappoints. It's our go-to spot in East Orange--we always take our out of town guests there. They have wonderful specials, the servers are friendly and the owner, Marjan, has such a warm personality --she makes you feel right at home. They have a nice wine selection,, and I have to say that my favorite dish is the pasta carbonara. So perfectly prepared. Treat yourself to a meal at Da!
Everything was wonderful but there needs to be a change regarding the bread——-crusty mor baguette in similarity or maybe a basket with a variety
There's a reason they've been in business 30 years. Great performances across the board. Same level of satisfaction as when we first dined there in 2000.
Unfortunately the recipes have changed. The food is no longer representative of Bianca’s original recipes. The Linguini Alla Checca is not acceptable. The sauce seemed as if it came from a jar. They used to use capellini which was a far better pasta choice than the linguini they use now. The Orechettia was dry and taste less. They have down graded the quality of food but have significantly increased their prices across the board.
Marjan and Yuri are the best, thank you! The chefs have been here for 30 yrs. Food was amazing!
The food and service was exceptional.
We absolutely loved the restaurant! We were celebrating a special birthday for a dear friend. The only setback, in my opinion, is that if you want to use the restroom, you must go outside the restaurant to the back area. I hope this can somehow be changed.... All in all, though, the food was excellent! Service was outstanding & friendly! Loved the fact that I felt we were in a truly authentic Italian restaurant!
Love this place! Great food and service!
Always great service & food!
