My birthday celebration. There 4 of us. Beginner's were the Manhattan clam chowder, a tomato base spicy broth with vegetables and clams. Yummy We next ordered the spicy shrimp and chicken pasta in a creamy sauce and the fish and chips with spicy coleslaw. Including the sourdough loaf and butter. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was good. The birthday dessert was orgasmic. Chocolate chocolate mousse cake with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce on top. What a beautiful way to end the meal. Thank you

I tried something new, the Sea Bass, and it was delicious! My husband had his “regular” blackened ahi salad and it was as good as ever. Daily Grill is one of our go-to places that we can always count on being good!

Typically very consistent. Food was good especially the clam chowder but service was very slow. No fault to the server but it appeared she had way too many tables and there wasn’t enough staff to assist. She was friendly but food was over an hour for s hamburger.

Overall, our dining experience at Daily Grill was fine. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was very good. Our interaction with the hostess, however, left a lot to be desired. No smile or eye contact. She sat us at a VERY small booth for 2, where we hardly had room for our legs and feet. We asked if we could be moved to another booth ( 2 were open just across from us, in fact right after us, another party of two were seated at one). She said no, she couldn't seat us there, but could seat us at a table for 4. We specifically requested a booth in our reservation. She finally said , "Well, I can give you a booth in the back". Sorry she was having a bad day....

We usually like the Daily Grill, but this evening it was not good. Given that the temp outside was >100, it would have been nice to have some respite inside. However, it felt like the air conditioning was off and we were sweating in the restaurant. Additionally, the fries were soggy. Don't know if that was due the temp as well. Definitely will not try again until they get air conditioning fixed.

We ordered soup and salad. Manhattan Clam Chowder was scrumptious. Full of clams and vegetables in a spicy red broth. And we had the Chopped Cobb salad. This was accompanied by their famous hot bread loaf. Daily Grill makes the best tasting Arnold Palmer. The service was superb. My favorite go-to place in the desert. Great service. Good food and ambiance.

This was our third time here recently. I had the sea bass, which was excellent. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the sand dabs, also excellent, and my son had one of the pasta dishes, excellent as well. The portions are very generous and plated beautifully. The only caveat is that the prices are on the high end. We'll definitely go again.

The Thursday special of the Shrimp Louie was outstanding with a beautiful presentation of this dish. We started our meal with a cup of their famous cold tomato (red) gazpacho. I urge everyone to try this, especially on hot days.

Most dishes can easily be split. We shared the Fish and chips with seasoned Cole slaw. Fresh sourdough bread and butter. We both had the Manhattan Clam chowder first. The red version with a little kick. Thank you

We lucked out in the fact that their Tomato (red) Gazpacho was available as the Soup of the Day. It is outstanding and the best. Their Shrimp Louie was equally outstanding and delicious, plus the presentation was beautiful (only wish I had taken a picture).

I love the interior of this restaurant. Just plain cool. The menu is fairly simple, but the coziness of this place just makes me not want to leave. I had simple grilled salmon with mash potatoes. My guy had the roast beef sandwich with grilled cheese and onions. How much more comfort food can you get? And always the great sourdough bread. Everything was good.

I am long time customer and last night was not a good night for food. The food was not hot and the broccoli inedible . The entre size has diminished greatly with higher prices. And mostly the food prep was off last night. Had to send food back due to it not being warm and prep of fish was not usual so really not good. Maybe regular chef off but ???! Hope this is just a anomaly as I do like to eat there.

I took my father for his favorite chicken pot pie. He warned me that sitting in a booth would bring terrible service and boy was he right. He usually sits at the bar. The servers were more interested in talking to each other than their guests. The food was blah… no real flavor to my salads (I’m vegetarian). His pot pie was good however.
