Although we live nearby, this was our first time here. Went at an “odd”/non typical time for the venue (sun mid afternoon)), but had a good time. Service was excellent....friendly, witty, efficient and better yet, non pretentious. Food was all good, and drinks were the same. Not exactly a budget minded place, but above average value for an expensive area. Would repeat.

Jessie , our main server was amazing, but she had absolutely no back up. A fun lunch but both food and service were very inconsistent equally wonderful and very disappointing

They were able to accommodate my GF grilled cheese sandwich craving (that wasn’t on the menu) good customer service and liked the special touch of addicting a cookie to my hot tea order.

Was good but the turkey used is the deli turkey and this high end restaurant should be fresh carved turkey. Or use chicken...

Far too much noise. DJ at top level, I couldn't have a conversation with a friend. And that was the reason I choose the DBar. Last week, on a Thursday, I met a 93 year old friend for lunch du- we could hear ourselves speak!

A wonderful lunch to celebrate my 93 year old friend's order of Canada. Nothing about parking on your review sheet. It was excellent- coming and going was made so easy.

A frequent spot for our family. Great service and usually consistent food. The one issue this time was that daughter order the Yankee burger and the server specifically asked us how she wanted it which was "medium" and it came charred - so well done.

Our experience was amazing. Our waiter/kitchen made a mistake with my meal and they acknowledged it right away. They were very apologetic which was not necessary. The experience was really great and I would definitely recommend dbar.

The service and room are lovely. However, the last 2 visits were less than memorable. There are too many other good spots in the area to think about returning to dBar.

Wow! Really off their game. I eat at dbar at least once a week. And usually it's terrific. I made reservations long ago for today as it was NY day and I was inviting people who had never been.
We were given a horrible table in the pass thru...when I complained o was told there were so many walk ins...and they got the better comfortable tables as they were earlier and stayed longer than they thought!!! We were sat at 130. Our orders were not taken until 210! The food however was outstanding

There was a DJ playing music..it was techno contemporary music...however the average age was well over 60. Total disconnect to the customer and brand

My friend and I came back on the evening after our outing and sat at the bar. And sat..... it was the most amazing thing to watch people do all they could NOT to make eye contact!!! And no...not busy at the bar. A bartender stood directly in front f me with no acknowledgement whilst she counted the money out of small metal box.
Finally she finished all her tasks and asked us what we wanted.

She brought one drink...:totally forgot the other. Then a bunch of managers were behind the bar as the ticketing system seemed too have an issue
Again...no less than 10 minutes go by.... no eye contact with anyone....all of us at the bar now have bets going on who will lift their head first ...and how long it will take One poor new guy looks up rather confused to inquire if we needed something....the second drink came...

The place was a total wreck..:the bathrooms were out of all supplies.. just horrible for the level of a Four Seasons. And for the prices.....

Average age tonight was 35..:that is when the show should have been playing

Top tunes with a guest DJ, great paced service with a warm smile. Our food was just right, some portions look a little skimpy. I had the Christmas Day special, scallops and risotto.

Atmosphere and service what you expect from Yorkville and the four-seasons, we will be back!

Had the $32 lobster salad. Appreciate lobster is expensive but there were only about 4 pieces of boston bibb lettuce, and it was very boring. Was still hungry afterward and had to ask for bread.
Sat on patio and it was pleasant.

My server was wonderful! She was very kind and helpful with the whole menu, asked us if we would like more wine when our glasses got low, water was refilled in moments. The lamb almost made me cry for how wonderful it was. The chef did an amazing job with it! I would go back in a second

This restaurant has pretty much nothing going for it. It is not a comfortable place to eat, not attractive, while food is mediocre, overpriced and portions are small. On the Sunday we visited there was a Djay who played music not appropriate for a Lunch and the volume was excessive. Would not return. Not Four Seasons quality in any way. What is management thinking!

Dbar is the lounge bar offering of the Yorkville Four Seasons Hotel. It is superb. It combines a great bar scene, with comfortable lounge facilities for a drink and snack, and an excellent menu for lunch or brunch. We sampled their new introduction 'Sunday Roast'. The meal was excellent, the price reasonable (given the venue), and service was first-class friendly. The Yorkshire Pudding has to be seen to be believed! We surely will be back.

I ordered a $19 cobb salad plus a $14 shrimp add on to make it a $33.00 salad.
Maybe if it was good I would have accepted the fact that its in the Four Seasons, the area of the hotel, ambience etc. I have tried to give Dbar and Cafe Boulud a second and third chance…never again! The cappuccino was very good, service was also pleasant but not attentive enough.

Truly personable service from every staff member made for a superb lunch. Modern decor is tasteful in beige with hits of dark wood and glints of chrome.
Trim & tailored wine list with a nice selection 'by-the-glass'.
The menu reads well and delivers the goods in proper form. Portions are on the lean side but still filling. Stand out was the Korean Sausage - a delightful way to 'warm up' on a frigid afternoon. Definitely plan to return.

The Four Seasons is a Customer of mine so I know when I book here that is it going to be amazing. I asked for a private table to conduct a tasting with Media and everything I required was given to us. The service was impeccable and we were able to conduct business privately.

I will always use D-Bar as a venue!!

We went to dbar because our daughter was moving for school. It was great, our server was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have read negative reviews about dbar and cafe Boulud, I think the problem is more with the reviewer and their lack of knowledge of French food and that is a shame. Loved it.

it's a beautiful spot and a fun place to eat . it's not really set up to have many tables with umbrellas unfortunately. The umbrellas are there but they're very hard to walk around and make it awkward.
The food was good but not as good as I expected I hada Cobb salad. I think they should go back to just bacon.
