    Fantastic dinner as usual. Tom and the staff were excellent, hilarious, and entertaining. This restaurant is a must stop for me every year. First, I book my room. Second, I make my reservation(s) at Delmonico.

    Steaks were cooked perfectly. Staff was very good. Whisky list was very good. Some of the high end bourbons were way overpriced..but good selections and fair prices on some of the scotch.

    Having been here on multiple occasions, I knew what to expect. We chose it for a birthday celebration, party of 4. As we are older, we split the bone in rib eye, which we have done several ovcasion and enjoyed a healthy serving. When it arrived, not only was it noticeably smaller, approximately 25% was inedible fat and gristle. it was a huge, huge surprise and it was cold. My guest got the same meal, and his was the same.Both of us were polite and tolf each other the meal was great, until today, when we compared notes. I was embarassed as he was my guest and promised him , my exact words’ “the best steak youve ever eaten in your whole life.” And he’s from Texas. Sadly I write this poor review. I am dumbfounded, and I have apoligized to him at least 5 times today.

    We were last at this restaurant about 15 years ago prior to moving here a few years back. My wife and I decided we'd spend Saturday early evening here before a show that was playing next door at The Venetian. We remembered our prior visit fondly - we ate in the kitchen and figured nothing could surpass that experience. I'm very happy to say that this visit was just as good, if not better, than our last visit. The service was impeccable, the food divine and the atmosphere soothing but definitely not sleepy. We started with the Caesar Salad prepared tableside for two and were delighted with the freshness and flavor of the dressing made right in front of us. The tang of the anchovies in the dressing was lip-smackingly great and we were both sad to see the end of it. I had the bone-in ribeye and it was prepared flawlessly. Exactly the right temp with the precise amount of grill char - it was fantastic. The best part - gnawing the bone. Oh my - what flavor! My wife ordered the petite filet oscar-style and just couldn't stop exclaiming at the tenderness and flavor of the filet. The crab, asparagus and béarnaise accompanying the steak were out-of-this world. Absolutely scrumptious! We shared a side of the creamed spinach and its quality matched the rest of the meal - outstanding! One word about the service - and I said it earlier - impeccable! The entire team manning the front of the house are completely and thoroughly professional with a warm and friendly approach to every guest. Simply superb. I'd only add one suggestion - offer a discount for locals. There are other restaurants in The Venetian/Palazzo that do and it might bring in a few more of us. Regardless, I can't recommend this place enough and we'll definitely be back - discount or not!

    Emeril should be ashamed to be associated with this restaurant. We dropped almost $1,000 at this restaurant tonight and ended up with a mediocre meal at best. To begin with, our waiter was incredibly abrupt and rude. When I mentioned to him as we sat down that my son and daughter-in-law were getting married tomorrow, he literally blew me off like it was nothing. And throughout the entire evening, he was abrupt, and seemed very dismissive. He would get a zero in customer service. This was supposed to be a special occasion, where we were taking our in-laws out for a special night before our children’s wedding. Instead, the Caesar salad was tasteless and the lettuce was old; the side dishes were served lukewarm, including the french fries, Brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes. The steaks and pork chops were tasty, but served lukewarm. There are no words to describe how disappointed we are. We chose this restaurant because we wanted a memorable evening and had memories from past experiences when it was exceptional. Tonight it was truly subpar. It was a major fail and it really ruined the entire dining experience.

    Everything was great. If we had a round table that would have been perfect. Also it was a little loud in there but not over bearing Our server was very attentive and professional. He was great Thank you for a great meal!

    We were celebrating a 40th and 21st birthday, and this was the best steakhouse and experience yet! Everyone’s entree was brought out to the table at the same time! The waiter was lovely! Food was phenomenal! Couldn’t ask for better! Truly enjoyed and will definitely be back!

    Delmonico's is always a must when we're in Vegas! Didn't disappoint! Boneless NY Strip was amazing, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Crispy Brussels were a perfect side. Creole Shrimp Cocktail was a perfect start to another great meal.
