Fresh Alaskan seafood and produce arrives daily and Chef Travis creates great innovative daily specials. Save room for our fantastic home-made desserts. We are proud recipients of the "Wine Spectators" Award of excellence 27 years in a row.

This is the third time I’ve dined at Whisky & Ramen for dinner but probably my best experience. The dining room is sleek and modern and there are three different areas which offer a different experience-kitchen/ramen bar, downstairs bar and main dining room. Cocktails are creative and the whiskey selection is fantastic. Every bite was delicious, perfectly seasoned, cooked, balanced. I ordered the vegan steamed buns, roasted shoshito peppers, seared scallops with risotto, asparagus and micro greens salad and also tried the vegan ramen. I have not experienced the same level of service and quality at any other restaurant in Anchorage in two years of living here.

Had the herb crusted halibut which was amazing. Had the ribs also amazing. However she fid not like the cornbread. See if u can substitute for the garlic mashed pot.

As always, the food was delicious. The steak fajitas were fantastic and with an appetizer, easily serve two people. The service was stellar. We wanted to try a new Mezcal and the staff was helpful in making our selection. I appreciate that when I dine here, I know the food will always be consistent and high-quality. Compliments to the chef!
