About the restaurant

Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

We came for a wine dinner to celebrate our 20th anniversary and were absolutely delighted. The six-course menu, each paired with wine, exceeded our expectations. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and generously portioned — truly fine dining quality at an excellent off-strip value. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. Joe, the owner, Betty the manager, and our attentive servers went above and beyond to make the evening special. Their hospitality made our celebration feel truly memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our night and are thrilled to have discovered this gem. This restaurant has officially become our new favorite in town, and we can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional food and service. And we were all delighted at the pricing…a downright bargain compared to the Strip. We enjoyed the bread basket, salad of the day (arugula and pear), chicken parm, and the pork chop…which was a real show stopper. I can’t wait to go back, it was an amazing meal and experience.

The oysters, croquettes, and dry ages capriccio….i would have punched my brother in his face for his half. So good. I messed up and didn’t take the suggestion of gin and tonic; don’t be like me. Take the gin and tonic.

This is an excellent French restaurant with wonderful decor and superb service. Food is excellent. Wine list is very extensive. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. While expensive, it is worth it for a special meal.

Miss Kim and her staff led by Manager Brittany do an amazing job. This restaurant has a wonderful vibe. The food is outstanding with appetizers to die for. Out team went two nights in a row while visiting Las Vegas from Boston.m I never do that but the menu was so inviting we had to come back to choose other items we had a hard time deciding between. This should be on everyone's list.
