Sage operates in line with the students' academic schedule. Hours of operation for lunch and dinner are updated regularly on social media.
Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing students an opportunity to refine the skills that they have learned at the Institute for the Culinary Arts. This unique learning environment allows guests the ability to give feedback to students in a supportive environment.

Our menus can be found on this website as well as our social medias. Student specials will be posted on those same pages. Menus are subject to change with seasonality and availability.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available and recommended for both lunch and dinner. Walk-ins will be served as possible. Groups larger than 6 should contact us directly for reservations.

The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Chicken, shrimp and lamb marinate for several hours in a yogurt and spice mixture and placed on skewers while various breads are being hand made by our chefs fresh each day. The skewers and breads are then placed in the tandoor over an open flame where breads are cooked to perfection and the rich flavors are sealed in to ensure tenderness and quality of the meat. Over the last several years, the Oven Restaurants has expanded to two other locations and added space to the lower level of the Haymarket location. Whether you enjoy the historic Haymarket atmosphere and relaxed vibe of the Cellar, the beautiful sunsets and outdoor patio of the Oven East, or you’re in Omaha for the night to try Himalayas, there are many ways to sample the cuisine of India!

The food is great. Staff seemed a bit distracted. The noise level makes conversation difficult. They refuse to seat larger (7 in our case) outside. Doing that would help a lot. First, it’s much quieter outside. Second, large groups have to speak louder to converse across a long table, which raises the noise level for everyone. They could also purchase some plastic covers for the tips of the chair legs. The noise of a nearby table being seated or leaving is pretty awful. And of course, all conversation has to stop anytime someone orders a blended drink from the bar. Great food, I just wish we could sit outside where it’s possible to have a conversation without shouting.

I had family in from out of town and took them to Clio. It was a wonderful experience! The food and service was delightful. I will be back with other friends and family.

I have celiac dz so need to eat gluten free plus my hubby is allergic to shellfish. Our server and the manager were knowledgeable about our needs and kitchen modified foods accordingly. Both attended to us quite well and were friendly and personable. The new gf menu has an expanded list of options which were so delish. Both hubby and I tried foods we’ve never had before and were happy we did. We asked to be seated outside bc it was so noisy inside and it wasn’t even a full restaurant. Tables outside were dirty for a lengthy time which is why I starred less for ambiance. The inside renovation is beautiful and interesting so if it was quieter we would’ve really enjoyed the new surroundings as well. This is turning into one of our favorite restaurants!!!

This was our first time dining here. The dishes were plated well. The food and wine from the tasting menu were delicious. The staff went above and beyond regular service.

We eat at Blue Sushi approximately three or four times a year - always for a special occasion. Our rolls were not as tasty as we have experienced in the past (we always order the same rolls). However, the appetizers and drinks were yummy, and the service was very good. Since it might have been a fluke, we will definitely be back again.

Cumbia was our dinner spot before an event at the Orpheum. We loved the atmosphere and decor. Service was great! Great cocktails and food...bonus was that we were there during happy hour! Try the Empandas and the Carnitas Bravas... quite yummy!

The food & service is excellent!! The staff is very attentive & will check in at times to make sure everything is satisfactory! The food, oh my, very good quality & always spiced according to your preferences! The food is priced very fairly. I highly recommend Kinaara!!
