A contemporary and lively spot to dig into your favorite brunch staples. With chef Hesston Swenn's wonderful twists on Benedicts, Chicken and Waffles as well as a revival of the Monte Cristo, Café Volare aims to offer you a big city brunch experience in the small town of Enid, Oklahoma.

Located in the base of the historic Independence Tower, Café Volare is a delightful blend of old and new as it harks to the Art Deco period. With many Instagram worthy dishes and drinks, the décor adds the final touch to the ultimate share-worthy brunch experience. General manager Kaycee Parry has ensured that every aspect of your experience will keep you coming back for more.

It should be noted that the kitchen is a "scratch" kitchen in which it is the aim to make as much of the menu items from scratch as possible. Therefor this restaurant is best booked when you have the time to enjoy drinks and wait for your meal to arrive.

Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.

Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.

As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. They have now begun the new generation of restaurants in the Saliba family, Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse.

Great experience. I appreciate we can get in with open table. Our server was perfect, friendly, excellent & prompt service & fulfilled every request. Food was tasty, split the brisket fries for the table. Steaks are great. Thank you for a memorable graduation meal!

Christian was our waiter and he was excellent. Anticipated every need even before we did. The food was excellent. Ours hat off to the chef. I had lamb chops while my husband had a chicken and pasta dish. Both were excellent. We were celebrating our 29 month wedding anniversary and Christian made it very memorable. La Baguette is top notch in every way. Thank you La Baguette!
