The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

Rumours Wine Bar was brought to life from a vision that began back in 2019 in our living room. Dana had recently resigned from her Wine Sales position and wasn’t sure what she wanted to do next. She had always dreamed of opening her own Wine bar so we created our logo, our name, and our brand and simply followed our heart. We opened as a retail store in January 2020 and pivoted when the Pandemic started by creating an online store and offering curbside pick-up and delivery. In September 2020, we passed our final inspections and received our beer and wine license for “on-premise” consumption as well as a restaurant license. We have not slowed down since. We have won numerous awards from our local community including 2022 and 2023 "Best Local Cheers Bar." Our mission at Rumours Wine Bar is to simply embrace intellectual stimulation linked to wine in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Lovely meal, chef always creates such wonderful dishes - loved the soup this week. Mark and Mike and Dino are great - personable and fun as well as top notch with great service. Sophie's is our "go-to" when we need a special lunch - guaranteed! Don't miss this one!

In addition, Quality Foods Market offers a curated wine list with selections from all over the world, and an unrivaled craft and imported beer selection. Executive Chef Christopher Houp takes the time to interact with each and every guest throughout the dining experience, taking the Chef's Table concept to a whole new level. Tables are limited, with just 16 seats inside, and an additional 16 seats for al fresco dining. Our guests are treated to a true Italian dining experience, as we allow a minimum of three hours between reservations.

Another great dinner with Chef Chris. Started with the ancient bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, followed by baby artichoke hearts (one of my favorite appetizers), house salad (now I appreciate part a truly fresh salad), ragu bolognese and my husband enjoyed the pasta/clam entree. If you haven’t tried it, get the Lava Cap wine flight which includes Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Each wine got better as we drank it - which Chef Chris said it would. We ended up buying the trip to enjoy at home the next time we have friends over. If you haven’t been to Quality Foods Market - you must and enjoy it with family and friends. You’re not rushed because the table is yours for the night. We treasure our dinners at Quality Foods Market - fresh delicious food, superb wine while we unwind from the week and learn about wine from Chef Chris.

The food is consistently great! Great hard working management and staff make for a very fun pleasurable meal. Don’t skip the oysters Rockefeller or crab fried rice! But every dish we’ve tried has been fresh and delicious.
