We were a table of four, each of us enjoyed our food thoroughly. I had the bouillabaisse, it was delicious. My husband had the special, gnocchi, in a gorgonzola sauce, also delicious. The decor is beautiful and the host is so welcoming and warm.

Yasu is Canada's first Omakase sushi bar. We celebrates the ocean’s best catches and the craft of sushi in its award-winning Toronto eatery; dishes created by Executive Chef and Owner Yasu Ouchi from Osaka, Japan. There is only one menu at Yasu; Omakase style (chef's choice set course) at $185 per person, a Japanese tradition wherein Chef Yasu creates a new menu daily based on the freshest and seasonal seafood available from around the world. The Omakase course consists of approximately 20 items including a kaiseki plate, soup,
selection of seasonal nigiri and dessert. . An 18% service fee will be added to each bill. Any further tipping or gratuity is not expected. We look forward to hosting you!

As a seasoned sushi fan and fellow chef, I can say with some authority that this was the absolute best sushi experience of my life! The chefs were outstanding, experts in all the seafood they prepared, its origins and method of preparation. It's not cheap, but well worth the experience. Thank you very much for a special evening.

Fantastic - spent my birthday dinner here to try fine Filipino cuisine (being Filipino myself) and I was not disappointed. The price was not bad for the amount of food served for the sampler; and the service and ambiance were great too! Favourite from the sampler by far was the Sinigang, it was more zesty and citrus-y than traditional sinigang which I loved!
