Chef / Owner Tristan Bunkowski, lives to progress the experience of dining. With a locally-focused mindset, as well as a talent for hospitality, Tristan has spent the last decade of his career perfecting the art of cooking by travelling and tasting the cuisines of the world.

An amazing experience with masterfully curated and crafted dishes.Each dish was spectacular and the setting is wonderful. This has been our favourite dining experience by far in the Naramata area.

Executive Chef Geoff Molloy RSC has created a menu to be shared with friends and loved ones while enjoying the wonderful wines and serene atmosphere of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards. We opted for the 5-course tasting menu and what a delight it was! Each offering arrived beautifully and imaginatively plated. The flavour combinations were exceptional, incorporating a range of seasonal local produce as well as traditional Indian flavours. The decor of the restaurant is sumptuous, adding to the overall experience. For our older ears, the music could have been a tad quieter, however I’m sure it was fine for the mainly younger clientele. The icing on the cake was the friendly and obliging staff. We look forward to many return visits to fully explore the menu.
