Drake One Fifty
Statutory Holidays: Please call to confirm
Loved Drake support of restaurants for change ! We enjoyed a grand selection of share foods and a couple of nice bottles of wine ! I love how the wine list is half price on Sundays ! Always a good go to spot for delicious casual fare !
Love the atmosphere service was great food was only ‘good’ - starter was overcooked and main was not very hot
Have been here several times
This time service was slow and basically non-existent
the banquette are too soft and when you sit on them you are too low in comparison to the table. Place is a bit too loud for conversation but overall food was great, cocktail and wine list fantastic, and service was wonderful.
We came here for Sunday brunch with my family (my brother, sister-in-law, mom, hubby and kiddos - newborn and 3 year old). My hubby, 3 year old and I shared the hot smoked salmon benedict, the brisket tartine and we shared the short stack pancakes with the table. The food was delicious. We also love photo booths and the bartender was nice enough to give us a voucher to take pictures for free.
Great food and service. Hostess (assist manager?)was a bit rude, but everyone else was great.
Beef tartar was very rustically chopped and unseasoned - seasonings were provided on the side but would have been much better integrated with the beef. Food and wine was expensive for the quality level - a poor value. Would not rush back to this restaurant.
Great service and amazing food. I would highly recommend the restaurant.
I was very satisfied with their cheese platter which by the way you can choose which is amazing for the cheese lovers out there.
Their wine selection is fantastic. Impeccable service
Had a great time! Yummy brunch and very good music. People were very child and baby friendly as well.
Took my in-laws for Sunday Brunch and Drake 150 was a huge hit! Food and service were top notch. There was a live band, which I hadn't been aware of, but they were able to seat us as far away as possible due to hearing issues. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and get an extra order of their delicious blueberry scones.
Great brunch spot. The Eggs Benny is outstanding. They make it with so much ham it’s almost Too much. Eggs were cooked perfectly. And the salad with shaved fennel was perfectly light after heavy Bene.
Lovely dinner out on the terrace, great food and friendly, attentive service.
Our group gets together every couple of months and had an enjoyable dinner at the Drake One Fifty. Steak is our typical go-to, but in addition to great steak, the Drake 150 has so many more interesting options on the menu which was a hit with the group. The appetizers were very tasty and the service prompt and attentive. The red wine selection was excellent.
I ordered the heirloom tomato salad. The least prominent ingredient in the salad was tomato and the tomatoes were grape tomatoes; in no way heirloom. On top of that, the portion size was ridiculous for the price. Barely what I would call an appetizer portion and a $16 price tag. I won’t be going back.
Our recent experience at Drake 150 was excellent. Chef Etienne's special of the day was delicious as were the other items we ordered. The only "con" comment I have is about the seating. The banquettes are very low and unless you are 6ft and over you end up feeling that you need a child's booster seat. Other than that, I would give our experience a 10 out of 10.
Food was amazing but the cocktails really stood out for me - brown butter maple old fashioned was phenomenal - would highly recommend to old fashioned connoisseur
A bit too noisy but good food
Was a nice experience here and the service rep was very helpful
Birthday for a co worker
Pre TIFF lunch.
Bacon & brussel sprouts + Peach salad + attentive servers = so good.
Service was excellent. The food was meh.
Our main meal arrived ahead of our appetizers. The waiter knocked it down to a "miscommunication", then vanished and we were served by someone else. Perhaps better that way. Food was ordinary and the restaurant very noisy, so I would not go back there.
Our waiter that night was fantastic. He gave us good options and opinions
The food was so good, I could not stop eating
The food menu is extremely limited and not great choices. The service was very slow despite the restaurant not being full. I won’t be returning
Crab fritters were excellent. Caesar salad was over dressed - ask for dressing on the side. Ambience and decor is cool. Odd thing - we went early at 5PM as we had an event to get to. The place was empty but they decided to sit a table of two right beside our table of 3. Kind of strange considering there were so many empty tables!!
1 star overall is due to a lack of twisted teas on the menu as requested. Tables were also very squished together, so much so that when the mid 40s couple seated at the next table started to make out our table was unfortunately way too close and personal. The staff was very nice and definitely would recommend this place!
The food is phenomenal albeit slightly overpriced. Great cocktails and almost always outstanding service. love the vibe at this place.
Small portions. Left hungry.
Nice place, good food, friendly service. A bit overpriced.
The service is always exceptional. staff are polite and friendly. We always enjoy our time there. The meal was delicious and cocktails are a must.
Food was average
Great food, cocktails, photobooth, and beautiful green leather chairs
Inside is nice but friends and i sat in the patio which didnt have the best view. Too squished of a seating arrangement. Food was good though and service friendly!
Food was great but service was very slow. But would recommend faster service for future. Had to wait a long time for the waiter to come take our order.
The restaurant was so incredibly hot that it ruined the meal. We were all sweating.
Very loud, so much so that we had to yell at each other and the place wasn’t even full. Also very hot. The waiter referred to it as “tropical” which would be cute if we weren’t both sweating.
Ordered the meatballs as an app and they were great. Little spice kick 3 small meatballs which were good to share.
I then ordered a rum and coke and asked for amber rum which they apparently don’t have. My date ordered a Moscow mule which came in a tall glass instead of the usual copper cup.
My date ordered the hamburger with fries which was a big hit. I went with the fried chicken which was horrible. The crust was insanely difficult to cut. Once I could burrow my way into it, the meat was fine but I shouldn’t need a chainsaw.
Dessert consisted of cheesecake for her and sourdough ice cream for me. Both were very good.
There was no accommodations for vegans that were substantial or filling other than fries, and an overly dressed salad with no fixings.
Really enjoyed my meal, the Chinese five spice duck salad was lovely, I will be back for that!
I guess I had higher expectations than what could be delivered.
Cocktails were good, but when it came to the food 3 of the 4 meals were lacklustre. Only the fried chicken seemed to stand out. The lamb and pork chop were dry and unimpressive. The pizza was ok.
Timing of food was also way off.
Don’t think i’d return...too many other options to choose from.
