The Asian-inspired gastropub and cocktail bar opened its doors in 2014 and was the first to bring Korean barbecue and tiki-themed cocktails to South Beach. Drunken Dragon presents the DIY method of table-side grilling for guests to roast an array of intensely-flavored food over an energetic flame, along with an extensive menu of modern family-style dishes Asian tapas. Nestled into an unassuming strip mall, the exterior is just foreplay for the provocative and well-crafted interior. Upon entering, guests are welcomed with a dim sum cart hostess stand and walls decked out with heavy ropes and provocative photography of Japanese bondage. In 8 years, Drunken Dragon has become one of the favorite restaurants in Miami receiving multiple awards for its convivial Korean cuisine and design elements.

One of my favorite spots. We had a reservation for a party for 6 hostess sat a small party at our table. Then gave me an attitude because I insisted on sitting at that table. Not sure she has had much experience. Jeffrey at the bar was awesome so he made up for her lack of tact. Definitely would recommend if you like an old school hip hop vibe and great cocktails. The food is very good.

Great service Great food Great value One thing we struggled with was seeing if the restaurant was open. We nearly walked away as the windows are totally blacked out and no signage to say they are open. Once inside, it was a totally different story however. We loved it. Luckily, we asked someone in the parking area if it was open otherwise we would have missed out.

HIDDEN GEM! Drunken Dragon surely uses the phrase “Don’t judge a book by its cover” Very nice environment. Meals were very tasty and quick. One of the best pork belly I’ve tasted, their house house is definitely unique!

Drunken Dragon has been around for this long for a reason. It’s consistently great. The food never disappoints, and the service is always top notch. I recommend basically everything, but especially the crispy bok choy and the dok boki.

I love this place. Looks like nothing from the outside but inside is super fun and the food is delicious. Try their happy hour. Full-sized dishes for less (the bok choy is silly good)

The fact that we were packed in the restaurant like sardines and the waitress was not informative at all. She basically put a menu it front of face . To top it off the waitress then dropped to cups full of soy sauce on the floor next to us which splattered all over us. The food was not all that. All and all it was a terrible experience. I will not recommend Drunken Dragon to anyone.

The food was ok and our waiter Ignacio was amazing. Unfortunately the management was appalling. We waited 50 minutes for a table, even though we booked and were very specific upon arrival of our tight time schedule. Places like this should be banned to have an automated gratuity of 18%. Zero incentive for staff to be cordial or accommodating. If you can’t honor a reservation then why have people book at specific times?

Great place, from the outside you can’t imagine how big and nice this place is. You can choose tables with or without the grill. Nice menu, good food, good service. I would just recommend the restaurant to add more veggie options (tofu for the fried rice or bbq for instance)

Hostess was horrendous. Had a reservation at 7:30 and were only seated at 8:15. The grill choices are slim and the meat is flavorless. The waitstaff was phenomenal and we’re informative, however, a restaurant is about the food and that fell incredibly short of decent. Will not be returning.
