Eclipse di Luna - Dunwoody
This location is not like the one in Miami Circle. The food was nothing like it. No flavor like the other spot. The desserts were dry. The service was the worst. The server kept on missing and the management didn’t care when I spoke to them. So no. Don’t get your hopes up thinking you’re getting the same service and food as the Miami Circle location.
Good vegan choices.
The inside was too noisy, but the outside tables had a tolerable noise level.
The food was absolutely divine! The patio was a great place to enjoy the ambiance and live band, but at a volume where you could still talk.
We truly enjoyed the experience of visiting this venue. No issues with reservations or check in. Food, while limited options, dishes were very good, and at a reasonable price. Was somewhat disappointed with the Caipirinha I ordered (need to really nail this one, guys!). The noise level was manageable, ambiance is excellent, and our server Ashley was pretty good...so overall was an outstanding evening for our group of 4 couples. I would cone back again all the way from Fayetteville.
Service was fast and friendly. Food was amazing! Will definitely be back
I had another birthday party at Eclipse di Luna. Everything went off perfectly, and everyone had a good time. Good food- I love that my omnivore friends and my vegetarian friends and my vegan friends all have plenty of choices- and my friends praised the food. The drinks, as usual, were delicious- I liked my skinny margarita, and my friends liked their mojitos. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was festive, and there was a terrific salsa band, so good for dancing. I'm so glad I came here!
Great food and service the Latin jazz band was amazing with dinner and the mojito pitcher was awesome.
I like the tapas there and the atmosphere is nice (a Latin music)
Consistently good food and service, always like going there
Place was nice and food was ok. I hoped it’d be better but it was fine.
I always had a good time at Eclipse but this time I was surprise with the bad service. The food is so good that it is worthy to eat there but with the bad service I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to go anymore.
I had to call my waitress multiple times, who never came to ask us if we needed anything and constantly we had to call for water, more drinks, etc. I was with a big party celebrating my daughter’s Graduation and they added 20% for tip. I asked to talk with the manager about it, but he never came. SMH!
My 2nd time coming here and it was even better than my first experience. Food is phenomenal!! Very energetic environment especially my server Mohamed he is so sweet! I also had the chance to meet the Tall big manager I think his name is Ston he made sure we were having a good time! Definitely recommend this place if you’re trying to have a good time!
We had unusually bad service. Server was nice but slammed. The food wasn’t near as good as my last visit to Miami circle. And my stomach and my husbands stomach ached.
Service was great and food was amazing,i love Eclipse Di Luna and will deffinetly go back
This is our third time here and it never disappoints. Lauren was our server and was wonderfully attentive and detail oriented on such a busy day (Mother's Day). The food is excellent and the ambiance is great. My wife and I love coming here, big kudos to the entire staff - Eclipse de Luna is truly special. Keep doing what you're doing and always order the Black Squid Ink Pallella!
This place is great! The staff and the food and the environment are awesome!
Great food, friendly staff. The variety of items is outstanding.
Great service, spectacular food!
Friendly servers and good cooks. The live music was perfect for the night
Loudest place I've been in a long time. Stadiums are quieter. If you don't enjoy leaning forward and shouting across the table, find a better dining experience. We sat outside, which I thought would be quieter, but they have mounted loud speakers right above the tables. If you must go there, bring wire cutters.
Fabulous night at Eclipse di Luna with friends. The food was superb and quickly delivered. Everyone ordered what he/she wanted and we did a bit of sharing – not too much! Our waitress was phenomenal speaking in both English and Spanish to the various members of our table. The margaritas were excellent and definitely not from a mix. The noise level was high but we were seated next to a large group of very drunk folks! So, hopefully it's not always that bad.
If you can try and make it during happy hour specials half off tapas 4-6pm! Was also here on a Tuesday night for $5 absolute vodka drinks all night. Arrived with business colleagues at 5:45pm and was able to put in half priced tapas order before 6pm. Everything from food to drinks to service to live music was awesome. Probably ordered half the menu, ribs and shrimp queso was the favorite. Don’t waste your appetite on the hamburger sliders. Will definitely hold more business meetings here from now on!
The food and service it's always very good here. This time we went for brunch and the choices of tapas were as good as we went at night. We'll be back to try more choices from the menu.
Never disappoints!! We've been going to Eclipse for the last 4 years for Easter and will continue to do so.
The restaurant inside and out can use some updating. The floors look really worn and furniture could be a tad more comfortable.
The food, service and drinks were great.
The outside patio was very loud when there was a group there really talking all at once and loudly.
Birthday party celebration went well.
Always good food! Always a good time! Love this place!
Server seemed obviously distracted. Food was amazing.
Food and service were excellent! Live music was a little loud for us trying to have conversation
The food is always good. I feel like sometimes, they skimp the salmon and I hardly got any spinach. We had octopus, fondue, seared tuna, and all were good. Our server could have been a bit more attentive, but did ok once there and available. My absolute largest pet peeve is they don’t split the checks.
The noise level was so awful that my friend and I could not hear each other when we shouted, and we were sitting in the outside zone. Inside was deafening. “Energetic?” Ridiculous. We could not wait to get out. The food did not justify the blaring din.
Loved the music, loved the food. Servers were helpful and knowledgeable.
really good food and very friendly service!!
All the food was super yum as always!! Great service. Our waitress was very attentive and nice.
This was the first time anyone in our group had been to the Dunwoody location. We had all been to the Buckhead location which is great. Everyone in our party had a good time. We'd come to Eclipse di Luna to celebrate a friend's birthday.
The Dunwoody location is.....cool. Similar to Buckhead, it has an "off-the-beaten-path" type of feel. The atmosphere is lovely and festive. The staff is pleasant and responsive. The food was good, however, some other restaurants in the city with a similar tapas-style format do a much better job of providing rich flavors on small plates.
There were only two minor issues for the evening. One, our reservation request was not read. In it, we chose to have an indoor table for our party. Upon arrival, the group had been seated outside on the patio (closed in and heated) in the far back right next to the exit door! The hostess team immediately corrected the error and moved the party to a more suitable and enjoyable table inside. The other was an extra charge from the bar for $2.00 to have a drink put into a martini glass. The catch was I had NOT requested the martini glass; that was the way they chose to serve the drink!! Again, the issue was quickly addressed and rectified by our server.
The music was just starting as we were nearing the end of dinner, so we only got to enjoy about 30 minutes of live music. The band was pretty good. There were a few people who chose to enjoy it by dancing.
If you're looking for a good spot to have a great time with friends, Eclipse di Luna is a good choice.
amazing, as per usual!
While some of the tapas were excellent in taste (meat options), others were bland in seasoning and overall flavor. Also was disappointed with the seafood paella, for the price and lack of seafood in the dish for two the value is not good compared with other restaurants that offer the same entree.
All the seafood items were sparse and very small sized, yet did have higher quantity chicken and chorizo. But most disappointing was the flavor of the rice (hardly any saffron, if any at all) and the rice was not cooked properly without any char or crispness on bottom layer. While the menu says to allow 35 minutes to prepare, the paella arrived in less than 15 minutes!
Drinks were good, but pricey and the live music was excellent. Compared with some other options I'm not sure if I would recommend this restaurant in the future for food... but for some drinks and music would highly recommend.
Party of 4 - tried about 10 different tapas and 2 orders of seafood paella (for 2)
It was great! Waitress was very pleasant!just wish they put a little more food in some of the plates
This was just an unfortunate experience from the moment we sat down we were rushed by our unfriendly staff and were in and our in 30 minutes. We felt they just needed the table. I had people visiting and wanted them to enjoy the music and ambiance. Our seating was not good, however, in the past, I've always really enjoyed the experience.
We had a lovely server but couldn’t hear her name because of the noise level. Our food and drinks arrived as quickly as we ordered it. The food and drinks were delicious. We had a great time
