We did not have the best experience. It was Famiy Day Weekend and clearly the dining room was having a hard time keeping up with turning table over and the buffet was very untidy. Many empty dishes at 7:00 pm.
Our bad for making a reservation on a Saturday night of this weekend. Disappointed in the bright lighting and the incredible noise level.

Food was mediocre and poor selection given the price of almost $40 per person. Obviously there is additional charge because you’re in the resort but the selection and quality of food was terrible.

For a buffet it is over-priced for what you get. There were 5 or 6 options for the dinner, not much of a buffet selection, food was cold and we had a reservation. They shouldn’t call it a buffet it should just be called serve yourself our limited options. Definitely not worth the price of $40/person!

Excellent experience for our large family. The restaurant wasn’t loud and it wasn’t too quiet for young children. All items were labeled very well and we were grateful for all the Halal selection. We also enjoyed brunch the next day.

The buffet wasn’t as I expected. Little to no selection of food, really expensive for what I had paid for also had to wait 20 mins for water.

The food was excellent, for the items we chose. The desserts were amazing!
The waitress was pleasant, just not around much, so our plates didn't get cleared by the time we went up and back.
We would totally eat here again.

we were given a $75 voucher at the resort as our room wasn't ready on time - we decided to make a reservation at this place - we made a reso for 6:30 but couldn't get a reso until 7:30 - the place was virtually empty at 7 pm. The buffet was disappointing - pasta was overcooked and obviously had been sitting for some time - the beef was well done. A poor food selection considering the price of over $37 a person!!

Have been to this restaurant many times. Out experience on New Year’s Day was very disappointing! Food selection was poor. Prime rib was cold and tough.
Desert table didn’t have good selection.
Definitely not as good as it has been in pervious visits!
Left very disappointed ☹️

We have been going to this restaurant for some time hoping that it would get better however
it has been going down hill for some time now. My husband and I decided that we will not be going
back any time soon, Also it is not worth the price of $40.00

My wife, our little 15 month old and myself stayed at Deerhurst for a few days and ate at the Eclipse restaurant on the final evening of our stay.
We opted for the Buffet and weren't disappointed. There were many options to choose from and all very nice dishes as well. We were all impressed and we enjoyed our mean + the service and the environment.
It was quite pricey but understandable given the options that we had.

The prices are different then on their website. For breakfast portions are small for the amount you pay, but the food was great!

Variety of buffet was ok but nothing special. The eggs were cold. The restaurant itself was not overly clean. Staff were nice enough.

Been to better breakfast buffets. Value for the price vs choices is not there. I was disappointed

We have been coming up to Deerhurst for thanksgiving dinner for several years. I have to say the food has really declined.
There were a few salads to start. The main course and accompaniments were really disappointing. There were very few veggies and no stuffing at all!
Don’t know if we’d come back again. I think there’s better places for the money!

Beautiful location for families. Excellent food with the exception of the turkey for Thanksgiving. It was awful. Rest of the food was delicious. Who would choose that type of turkey meat at Thanksgiving?

My husband have went to this restaurant and we found it to be have gone down as of late. The deserts are of a very poor quality and mostly geared towards kids. The price point is expensive for the buffet.
Service was excellent and the view is excellent.
Our very favorite waitress Jen as usual was excellent.

Very busy and extremely loud. $37 per person is very expensive considering the quality of the food. You are better off eating at Mandarin to get better food at a cheaper price.

I paid 103 dollars for absolute trash. I have never been so stunned to see the bill. When I go to the keg I pay the same amount and I get great food. This restaurant is nothing but a cash grab because you are staying at the deerhurst hotel which by the way is also a colossal rip off.

We ate there with our son whom we don't see that often, we were so disappointed 😔 we thought it would be a treat, we had been to Deerhurst 20 years ago and everything's was wonderful. We expected to pay well for a meal. But this night fast food would have been an improvement. The macaroni and cheese was cold, the roast beef was tough and as for the desserts they were well picked over and what was there tasted like it could have come frozen from M&M's. That was our first meal at the resort on our 2night of a 1 week stay. After that we took all our meals off the resort, we just didn't want to pay those prices for that kind of food 🥘. We feel that Deerhurst has really slipped.
Sincerely Anne and Ron Smith

The buffet is less than desirable. Eggs Benedict was awful, the hollandaise sauce definitely needs to be reevaluated. The omelette table was in fact the only thing edible, other than the obvious things not needed to be cooked like cereals fruit and toast. The cooks definitely need to chip up their culinary skills.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at Eclipse and the food was fantastic. They had buffet that night, but we were allowed to order a la carte. They have a wonderful variety of tapas. The two we tried were great, we really enjoyed the flavors. The only downside is that I had pre-ordered a cake to serve at dinner. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not follow through (it was forgotten by the server), but they did serve a small dessert as complimentary. The food was great, but we feel that it was a bit on the pricey side.

Great restaurant for young families. Lots of options and ready to eat. Quickly got seated and headed to the buffet. Ate and settled the bill in about an hour. Left us enough time to enjoy the resort and its amenities after dinner. Will be back for sure in the future.

Most servers OK some absolutely rude and do not care at all.

Billing of food is unpredictable as for example the breakfast cold is less then the hot table-- severer aways charged for the hot table and once charged for an extra non existent guest.\\

Reservation policy is asked for BUT they will seat people with no reservation before you.

All the food tastes bland.
