This remains one of our favorite restaurants in Austin. They are pricey, but have always maintained a high level of service and food quality over the 7 years we have been patrons. Seafood is especially noteworthy, though steaks are also very well prepared,, with great special dishes offered daily. Valet parking is handy downtown, wine list and cocktail choices are extensive.

Eddie V's Thanksgiving meal is delish! The brioche stuffing is outstanding and the green beans were perfectly cooked. We opted for sea bass and a filet over the turkey, which were both lovely!

First time dinning out on Thanksgiving and it was a treat. Starting with the best valet in town. Kyle is so friendly and fun and sets the tone for a good time. Thinking this needs to be a new family tradition every Thanksgiving!

Absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, including rose petals on the table and a complimentary dessert for our anniversary! The sea bass melts in your mouth! Also had the crab cake appetizer which was so delicious! And the crab stuffed shrimp and lobster mashed potatoes were wonderful! We weren’t going to order dessert, but they brought us a mini bananas foster (flambéed tableside), and it was more than enough for 2 people. Thanks for such a great anniversary celebration!

Perfection. The wait staff is professional. Food is delish. Do not order a 4 ounce steak (the special with two 4 ounce steaks) or order a 10 ounce steak split - it is always over cooked. Other wise, delicious.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we left. They prioritize customer service above everything. The food is always excellent and the hostess, waitstaff, and manager are absolutely lovely. I highly recommend Eddie V's in ALL cities; not just Austin. Fabulous live music too! Thank you.

Solid seafood. Well prepared. Served hot and not overcooked. We had scallops, sea bass, and shrimp. Oysters for a stater. Everyone was happy. Server was attentive but not overbearing. Outstanding.

As a vegetarian, I would hope that a 5 star restaurant would have a few composed plates Vs ... ah, you can order sides or we can make you pasta. Seriously Eddie V's? My meat loving friends agreed to look for restaurants that can serve ALL of us going forward.
