Last night we were celebrating our 13 years anniversary. We love this restaurant for sure. Donna was our waitress. She was very sweet and was talking care of the 4 tables in the private area. The food and drinks were amazing….we had the crab cake, beet salad and lobster bisque, ahí tuna entree and the seasonal halibut. We had a few issues….first our cocktails came after the appetizer was served. Then they brought our entrees and we didn’t have silverware to eat. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Then we ordered wine with the entrees and it came when we were almost done eating. It never happened before there…they always have an amazing service and we will come back for sure. This is for the managers because we are doing our anniversary dinner always with you guys and we want improvements in those aspects. This visit I will give you a 4.5 star due to the food quality. Blessings

We were seated in the booth adjacent to the waitstaff desk. It was like eating in a food court during Black Friday I would like to add that we received a lovely phone message from the manager apologizing and asking to make up the experience to us. I appreciate that.

wonderful traditional turkey and dressing with touch of sage, excellent. The protions were huge man sized so we ended up taking some home. We ordered Jumbo Shrimp cocktail off the regular menu to begin. Service here is always excellent as it yesterday. Soiuxsie met out every wish, attentive without being obtrusive.

My husband and I love to go to the Happy Hour in the bar. You can't beat great cocktails for $10 and amazing appetizers at a high end restaurant but for a discount. We always get the crab cake which is filled with tons of crab and not filler. We also get the steak sliders and lobster bites. Again, we get the great service, ambiance, and food & cocktails at a fraction of the cost of the dining room.

After 15 years going to this location the only think that I can say that it would be nice a little renovation and that it is always very very cold the air conditioning is always to cold very uncomfortable we comment the same thing every time we go. Every thing else is great

We are big fans of Eddie V’s. We have been here dozens of times. This is the first experience with the restaurant having an off day. They forgot to serve the oysters we had ordered, the Caesar salads were inedible and the steaks were cooked wrong. Perhaps the worst part was all the stuff floating in the water that was poured in our glasses?!? management as always was professional, and we did not pay for one of the steaks. We will be back with the hope that the experience last night was an outlier, hopefully not to be repeated

I am one of “those people “ who definitely does not like being referred to by a wait person (or anybody) as “we”. Even after informing the waiter, politely, the waiter persisted and eventually said, “I can use ‘we’ if I want ‘“. I took that as an affront. I expected more from what I think is a fine dining establishment. It is interesting that in current times many are keenly aware of pronoun usage and when the wait staff was informed of a pronoun preference by the customer, and the customer’s preference is blatantly ignored; that is not honoring the request made and I did not think that was fine. Thank you for the opportunity to vent. When I order a steak medium rare and it is delivered well done and the waiter says I can do that steak as I want, well, that’s not fine dining.

We celebrated my wife's birthday with friends at Eddie V's. Everyone's meal was cooked to perfection! And Eddie V's has THE BEST CRAB CAKE in Austin, if not in the whole country. We will be back!

We enjoyed our experience. Food was good but not amazing. Had the Norwegian salmon and scallops. Best item was the huge crab cake which would make an amazing entree. Service was excellent and 5 star! Mousse cake was great. Recommend not doing appetizer and salad or soup in addition to main course as I was full by the time my main entree came and could barely finish my scallops. Scallops was very rich and buttery.

The food at Eddie V’s was spectacular as always! The crab claws were so fresh! Our server, Donna, was probably THE BEST server we have ever had anywhere!! Donna was SO pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and up beat! We are from Houston and I wish we could have shipped her to our Houston Eddie V’s! Thank you for a wonderful and delicious evening!

Excellent service by Grace. Loved every bite of my seabass. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection. After such a delicious meal, I couldn't stop myself. I had to order dessert, which was amazing. Can't wait to return to Eddy V's!

What a delightful restaurant! We were expecting tiny servings and unreasonable prices but instead we were served very generous appetizer portions, side dishes, and main courses. You will not go hungry here! Our wedding anniversary date night felt very special and the staff were friendly and responsive without constantly hovering over you like other upscale restaurants. We got nice treats on the house that were nicely wrapped up and put in a bag for us as we were too full for dessert. All for under $200! We will be coming again 100%.
