   We always love Eddie V’s, we think that the food and service are top notch. But yesterday was not a great experience mainly with the ribeye steak, my husband is a big ribeye and steak eater so he knows well when the steak is not tasting the same. For $60 plus the ribeye was undercooked and didn’t taste the same, he gave me a piece I couldn’t really eat it. We told our server John, btw he was excellent, he told the manager which he offers new steak. So I end up eating by myself which I didn’t enjoy at all, my hubby lost the appetite and was not happy because he loves their Ribeye. Okay, the steak arrived, it was better than the first one but, the crab rice side was already cold, my hubby was expecting that the manager will replace the rice with a fresh and hot one but he didn’t until he asked for it, the manager told us he will bring a small one which he did but the vibe we got is that is too much we’re asking for. Although the manager took off the steak but we really didn’t enjoy it this time 😩

   It took over three hours for dinner, which was excessive for us but during all this time we were able to watch so many tables around us, get the bananas, fosters for dessert with a presentation of pouring rum or bourbon, and letting it on fire, and warming up the desert. Ours was just basically put on the table and he tried to like the cake there was no pouring of any type of bourbon or rum to warm the desert disappointment after three hours.

   Our server Ben and assistant L was amazing! They sat him with multiple tables at the same time which is difficult for any service team, however this team handled it with perfection. Name a steakhouse and I’ve eaten there multiple times. Eddie V’s is at the top of any list, anywhere

   My husband and I dined at Eddie V’s to celebrate our anniversary. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary was special. Everything was exceptional! I highly recommend this restaurant

    The waitress was “AWESOME”. The food was excellent. My only complaint and really not a complaint is that a vegan dish or chicken needs to be added. Overall the service was Perfecto. From the greeter to the person that seated us and the beautiful waitress.

    Great experience as always! Food AND service do not disappoint at Eddie V’s. Lobster tacos are our go to fav appetizer and so delicious. Both my husband and I tried new entrées and they were absolute perfection!

    A top notch steak and seafood house here in Orlando. The staff is exceptionally attentive, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect. Not on the cheap side, but quality is not cheap.

    Kyle was the best server! The whole experience from the waitstaff to the steaks was just best-in-class! It’s not a cheap night out but if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion- EV’s is the best spot!

    All I got to say is wow. My girlfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary and they took care of us like VIPs. They even set us up on a booth table with rose pettles and a card for the occasion. Food was excellent and our waitress was great. Will certainly dine there again in the future.

    Always a great meal. Service was over the top. From the valet to the hostess to our table was on point. Our waiter Connor was awesome. Very professional staff .     This was another wonderful experience at Eddie V’s. The service and food is consistently top notch on each and every visit. Our server, Aldo, was friendly and accommodating. All the host and waitstaff are always very welcoming. Dio, who served us on a prior date night, remembered us and greeted us with her beautiful smile. We had a group of seven on this visit for Mother’s Day. They got us seated and served quickly. Everyone loved their meals. We had a variety of steaks, salmon, and lobster tails. Our cocktails were exceptional, especially the Hope Diamond! Everything was delicious, and we even made room for their famous banana foster dessert. Our entire family, including visiting relatives, were extremely impressed. They cannot wait to return and dine here again in the future. The hubby and I will definitely be back soon for another date night very soon. Thank you all for perfecting the fine dining experience. You all are one of our favorites in the Orlando area - probably our number one favorite!

    Our reservation time was at 6:45 we did not receive our food until 8:15. Tables around us who arrived much later ate and were already eating dessert or left by the time we got our food. To top it off my husband asked for his steak medium and received it rare after waiting all that time our food should have been perfect. This was our first time and for my husbands birthday and we were very disappointed.

    Service from Anastasia was more casual dining experience not a $170 a head fine dining service Slow, no check back, could not get another glass a wine with our meal. No water refills. This place has gone down hill like a rock. High turnover will always create these issues. Fix your restaurant.
