Most of the food I couldn’t eat because in my opinion is was inedible. The portions were minuscule so small that all 8 courses could have fit on one plate . It was extremely overpriced. Our waiter and drink guy was a little overbearing and a bit much . Our table was nice and the view was good. I was extremely disappointed because it was my 25 anniversary dinner. To sum it up, terrible food, presentation and way over priced.

Myself and my best friend were so excited to experience Eden for the first time for her birthday. Both of us have been Chefs for 20 years so time and money is very valuable to us. First off the we were introduced at the FD and felt very welcomed and special. We were asked about dietary restrictions and I mentioned a sensitivity to beef but the the options were flexible. I’am however a diabetic and manage my meals accordingly. I cannot drink copious amounts of wine due to the sugar content. The sommelier was warm and accommodating, until he found out I would not be drinking. He then proceeded to make sarcastic comments about my water intake and needing to stay hydrated. Some of us just can’t drink and shouldn’t be made fun of for it. The food was the saving grace, seasoned to perfection and some of the most crisp plating I have ever seen. Due to the pretentious service, I’m not sure I will be coming back. Amazing work Chefs!

We ate at Eden for our honeymoon. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would fully recommend it to anyone. I was amazed to find the options of a fully vegetarian menu that wasn’t just an afterthought, but a very well thought out menu that allowed me to enjoy a meal with my new husband who is not vegetarian. The food was amazing! Many of the items were new to us both, but don’t let that scare you away! All of the dishes were very approachable and there wasn’t a single one that I didn’t enjoy. We also opted for the “classic” wine pairing and I would recommend doing that as well - it was enjoyable hearing about the history of the wine and the reason for the pairings, and they truly added something to the meal in terms of flavor. The service was beyond amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Eden truly was an experience and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Banff.

Fancy is definitely an appropriate word. Jaw dropping beauty would be a few more words. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. Food was a feast for the eyes and the palate. My mom got the wine pairing which was very well curated. Robert the sommelier, Jack the server and Jeanine at the front helped make our experience one we will not forget.

Amazing food for the 7 course dinner and they even threw in some extra treats! Great staff, high end, makes you feel like royalty. It was pretty costly, but you get what you pay for and we definitely did! Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself!

This was probably one of the top 3 meal I’ve ever had. Growing up eating all over Canada, working in the food industry and having a desire for quality food and service with not only care but also characteristic. Rimrock, exceeded all expectations. It’s been a long while since I could say I was completely satisfied with the entire evening. I’m very particular and can usually point something out that I’m unsatisfied with. ambiance, view, table settings, and detailed descriptions made for an obvious good start. The food was absolutely delicious and outstandingly beautiful. The scallops stood out among the rest of my plates, but overall everything, was fantastic. The man Greeting, left an exceptional memory, the comfort of almost being home. Very informative about the history in the building, and true care for the work place itself. I left with a new book, and great memories to bring home. Thank you for a beautiful experience!
