   Service was impeccable and food was amazing. The only "complaint" is that the vegetarian course meal was too heavy in cream and butter. I'm 90% vegetarian and its important to have very fresh and flavorful vegetables and prepare them "cleanly". On the other hand their duck dish was absolutely amazing!

   My husband and I ate here for our 10 year anniversary. It was everything we had hoped for and more! The food was delicious, the wine pairings were spectacular, and the ambiance was romantic. Perfect place to celebrate!

   Incredible. 10/10 experience from each portion of the menu through to the service and immaculate atmosphere. Chef Brandon’s menu truly takes you on a journey that you will not forget. Our sommelier paired us with deliciously appropriate selections, the service team was incredible; it was truly a night to remember. Fantastic. We will be back.

   This was my third time for the 8 course meal and wine pairing. All the pairings were wonderful, but there were a few courses that threw us off…. Just some creative liberties that took the taste/food a bit too far. Next time we will be a bit choosier and choose our courses… the service and sommelier were wonderful as always.

   The outstanding service team made us feel immediately comfortable and ensured we had the perfect experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Of the eight-course vegetarian menu, five could be made vegan. The food was unique and perfectly suited to the season - spring.

    The ambiance of the Eden is amazing and hard to top. Service impeccable! The food was great. We had the 8 course chef tasting. But I’m all honestly, we’ve had many chefs experiences throughout the years and this was not the top of our list. Especially for the price point. Still a great experience and the attention to detail was amazing!

    Eden lives up to all the hype. From the moment you step out of your car the valet escorts you and makes sure you know your way to the restaurant. You are welcomed very warmly and the level of service just keeps going. The food is out of this world, definitely in our top 10- ever!!! 5 stars !!!

    We had the most amazing experience at Restaurant Eden. We each got the 5 course dinner with the classic wine pairings and we were blown away with the quality and creativity of each dish. The service was spectacular and our view could not have been better. Please keep this restaurant going. It is truly a unique experience and we all thought, our best meal ever.

    We had the most perfect evening at Eden. A fabulous location with panoramic views from big windows. We chose the 5 course menu with the classic wine pairing and it was perfect. Real Michelin star quality food and presentation with informative and friendly staff describing the components of each plate and the relevance of the wines. We took the bus up from our hotel in town and they provided a free private car ride back. Nothing was too much trouble. Eden should be a must do experience at least once, it’s well worth it.

    The food is excellent and presentation is stunning. I only drop to four stars here because it is priced extremely high so the perceived value is lower. But your also paying for an experience and the service is superb. Not a person working didn’t make an effort to play a role and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

    There is not one element of a fine dining experience that is missed. From the moment our transportation arrived at the front entrance to the moment that we left, it was perfection. Is there another restaurant out there that provides the attention to detail that Eden does in Banff or Calgary? I haven't come across it yet. We had the 8 course Grand Degustation menu, creative, well chosen and perfectly balanced to ensure that the diner has the right amount of food and thoughtfully paced. This will be our go to fine dining escape when we are in Banff going forward. Bravo!

    Though the food was certainly beautiful and delicious (a strong 1 Michelin Star with the fish tartar being closer to a weak 2 star) the best part of eating at Eden restaurant in the Rimrock is definitely THE SERVICE. From the moment I walked up to the front door the service made me truly feel like a V.I.P from start to finish. Even in other high end restaurants like Langdon Hall, Canoe, Alo and the Post Dining Room, you won't find quite the same quality of service you do at Eden Restaurant. An absolutely beautiful dinner.

    The Eden was a magical experience, it was by far the best meal we have ever had. The extras like the pallet cleanser, and small gift of dessert bars at the end was unexpected and appreciated. We couldn’t decide on what to have so my husband ordered the 5 course and I ordered the 3 course. This allowed us to try all the dishes. Not one disappointed! If you can do this, it’s definitely what I would recommend. The wait staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Everything was just fantastic! Excellent job Eden!

    Nice ambience, very average service compared to when dining there years ago. No accommodations to my requests. Very nice hostess and maitre D but very average everywhere else. Food : wagyu beef was extremely tough. Very inflexible with menu options for kids even slightly while fully recognizing it is fine dining and a tasting menu, Dining at other top tier restaurants in Toronto are much more accommodating especially these days with families Dining experience overall was very average perhaps even below and I had such high expectations prior to visiting while in Alberta.

    This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had in my life. I had the Grand Degustation with wine pairing and every course was delicious and perfectly paired with the wine. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and was excellent at educating about the wines. Thank you very much for a memorable experience with great views.

    We had a wonderful experience. We were welcomed warmly and serviced by a thoughtful staff. The food was exceptional, really nice presentations. We shared 2 5-course dinners, so experienced 10 delicious plates. A reasonably priced wine pairing was offered but we do not drink much. The view is also beautiful, although it was dark by then. The location is very close proximity to the Banff Gondola departure.

    I made reservations at Eden for our last night in Banff before leaving California! The staff were all polite and welcoming. The space is charming. The food was art on a plate! It was an epicurean delight. Sadly, feeling so under the weather we didn’t include a wine pairing. I am sure it would have enhanced the flavors immensely. Once we paid our bill we left immediately so I could go to bed. A wonderful staff member chased after us to thank us for dining at Eden and gave us gifts of pound cake.     What a wonderful experience. The teamwork and full staff commitment to every detail was amazing. The entire staff was knowledgable and friendly.
