Our award-winning Rum Distillery welcomes guests for craft cocktails with locally-made rum and paired small-plate gastronomy and desserts. We also have a mercantile of bottled rum and fun merchandise. We offer tasting flights of our rums, and craft rum education. We are an all gluten-free location with vegan and vegetarian options. We look forward to welcoming you!

(For those accustomed to our old location: We are now focusing more on cocktails and the rum experience in a smaller space, with fewer offerings of food. The food is still very yummy! Our dream is to be all about our RUM so we have moved into a lovely, smaller bar. We know this may be a hard adjustment for some of our guests but it is a really wonderful transition for us. Almost all of our employees are now full-time with benefits and working in their chosen career. We LOVE it and hope you will too!)

We had a delicious dinner at Tahk Omakase. We had the shishito peppers, edamame and the carpaccio special to start. We tend to go with the recommendation of the server and let the chef choose - so we had the salmon belly nigiri and the California Uni. The sashimi was excellent all really tasty and well prepared and presented. We will go back.

Mid afternoon meal and was overall a good spot to satisfy my sushi craving. Not even knowing I came in after 3pm which was happy hour. Never been in a sushi restaurant like this but they explained and it is very easy to understand the concept and pricing structure. Will come back

Everything about the experience was great. Our server Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cocktails. All the cocktails we tried were phenomenal. Definitely will be back.
