    El servicio fue excelente!, hace un poco de calor porque no ay aire. El aire es del exterior, pero ay áreas bastante frescas. Mientas yo estuve, no sentí calor ninguno. La música de fondo es perfecta!!!!

    Our family was looking for a place that could accommodate a large group for a birthday celebration. El Asador was very helpful with the information that was provided and making sure all of our request was met. We wanted someplace we could enjoy good authentic food and El Asador delivered. We were very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend El Asador. The food was superb and the service was excellent.

    Had an amazing time. The host was hospitable, warm, and engaging from the top. Team work was great! Our Server Marta was attentive and gave excellent recommendations and explanations of the dishes. She also encouraged us to try new things and we were satisfied with all of our choices. Ambiance was beautiful with warm yet dim lighting. It was a special experience

    We absolutely loved this place. The ambience was great, food was amazing, our server Lizabeth kept us wanting to come back. She made great recommendations and was super polite. We are there twice and may go back one last time.

    The description was casual elegance, it’s more rustic. The Grouper was not fresh, the crepes were under cooked, the flan was course. We asked for water and we’re given 2 bottles of water and no glasses. The ceviche was excellent and so was the ropa vieja. The service was meh. Not worth what we were charge. Would not go back.

    This place has great food, the gentleman manager served us and provided outstanding service and the Ambiance was so great as we sat outside in the back. This was truly a great dining experience from ambiance to food to service.

    The staff was excellent and service was wonderful. They accommodated our large party and had a we're able to add seating quickly when we had more people than we originally reserved a table for. Food and drinks were great too!

    Service was slow because a big party was finishing up at the time of our reservation so it took forever to even get seated. Skirt skate was delicious, lobster risotto and penne pasta were okay at best. The parmesan cheese they use tastes very different there. Was hoping for some unique drink/cocktail menu but it was just the regular stuff, disappointing. Nothing special of a restaurant for sure, especially given the prices.

    The restaurant had a good vibe and the staff were all very polite. While the risotto was very tasty, the ceviche and fish tacos were only fine. And the coconut flan was much too sweet. The food wasn't wonderful enough to be worth Old San Juan prices.

    I enjoyed the authenticity of this great Old San Juan restaurant. The food was piping hot and delicious. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall a wonderful experience.

    I did a dinner for 11 women here in the early evening and it was perfect. Our reservation was ready to go and we were also to take beautiful pictures inside and outside of the restaurant while we waited for our food. The staff was very sweet and the ambience was exactly what we were looking for for our girls trip evening.

    If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. Although the drinks were good, the rest of the experience was terrible. We waited over an hour to get our food, just for the rice to be undercooked. They also forgot to bring out a meal to one of the people in my party. After mentioning our concerns with the waiter, he gets the manager to come talk to us. The manager proceeds to tell us that the rice is not cooked and we waited over an hour for service because “ there is only one chef in the kitchen.” He then proceeded to try to to charge us for meals that were not eaten and the meal that was never brought out. We ended up having to eat at another place because no one in the party was able to enjoy their food and this ruined our last meal of the vacation. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

    Massively under staffed!!! Not the staff’s fault, and they did the best that could… Three (3) staff and two (2) in the kitchen - when a minimum of double that was needed. That considered - the existing staff did a phenomenal job!

    The service, food, and drinks were all fantastic. I wanted to practice ordering in Spanish, and the staff was incredibly helpful and happy to help. The food came out quickly, no significant wait, and it was all fantastic. The best dining experience I had in a week in San Juan.

    Tourist trap. I am literally puertorican and the food is not authentic.. chicken was dry flat and burned no flavor , beans no flavor , calamari rubbery etc waaaaaay too expensive especially since it does not taste good and small portion

    Although the food was good it was not what we expected. Ceviche app was good to start. I ordered grilled grouper and it came out more like a boiled fish soaked in butter and garlic - I needed grill marks. French fries had no seasoning. My mother ordered the mahi mahi with mango sauce and mashed yuca which was excellent. Also they don’t have tap water you have to purchase individual water bottles. Overall didn’t feel like cohesive dishes

    Amazing experience. Best restaurant in PR. The vibes were excellent. Food was amazing, drinks were crafted exquisitely and the place was from a movie. Glad we chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The waiter is also the only waiter in the restaurant and also the host. There was also only 1 bartender. Expect slow service, but take that time to enjoy the experience. Seafood pasta was delicious and also the catch of the day. Sangria was the best I've ever had and the margaritas were perfection.
