   Love the place. Hanzo, their version of the old fashion was awesome. All appetizers, both octopus and oysters Rockefeller were great! The best part was the Mizo glaze chillean sea bass was the best!!!! They also gave us a butter cake which was off the menu. We also ordered the Lemon which is a pretty cool dessert

   No idea how this place won an award. The waiter seemed too busy for us. The sea bass was $62 and was small and not well cooked. They have a great sunset but clearly have let that go to their heads. Come for a drink, not for dinner.

    Beautiful restaurant ! Food was delicious. Altho for such a fancy place I find it very hard to believe our waitress “couldn’t” separate our bill (2 couples). She said her system wouldn’t allow for it. For what customers pay, this is something easy to do! Plus server makes out better (tip wise) when checks are separated. Our waitress seemed distant…..lacked warmth. The man who brought our food to table was very friendly and kind. Amazed he could hold the hot plates.

    In town for our honeymoon and have been eating/drinking our way though Phoenix and Scottsdale. At Elements we by far had the best food and drinks of our trip. Our server Gary was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Besides the food and drinks being phenomenal, the view and ambiance were unlike any dining experience we had had before. We started our night with a few drinks and snacks at Jade bar right next to Elements. Again, amazing vibes and food/drink. Would recommend Elements to anyone looking for a beautiful date night and dining experience. 10 out of 10

    Been here many times before but this time it seemed like it was very understaffed. long wait times to see server and we saw tables with dirty plates and food sitting for a long time after people left. Just didn't feel well oiled and at the level it should be. Food was excellent and when we saw staff they were great.

    The Location: The location of the property couldn’t be better. With a 180-degree panoramic view of Paradise Valley, and the other 180 being the mountain range on the other side of the property. The views are dramatic and simply beautiful. Plenty of tropical/desert flora which gives the location an oasis-vibe. As far as sound goes, this is a non-issue since the location is on a mountain side, set far back from any main road. Of any restaurant I have been in AZ, Elements at Sanctuary hands-down offers the best setting/views. The Food/Drink: Both food and drink menus focus on using high quality ingredients. As a bi-product, the meals and drinks were filling - yet refreshing. Unlike other places that typically fall back on highly processed items in there food, which tend to weigh you down. Don’t think you’ll have this issue here. I highly recommend this place for the food. The Service: The service was fun, yet professional. Great service and the valet service was a nice touch.

    This was one of the most elegant restaurants and experiences my husband and I have been to in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Our waiter, Ron, and his sidekick, Brian, were superb as was the ambience, views of the desert and mountains, food and wine selection. Overall, an outstanding restaurant that I will definitely be returning to with the rest of my family. Can't go wrong with this choice!

    mother’s day “experience” means there was a $166 flat price and a set menu. the food was quite good but would have been nice for a few more traditional options. nothing special done for the Moms in our group. would have been nice to give them a flower or have a picture taken when coming into the restaurant. a little silly that drinks were not included in the $166 price. i can understand paying extra for alcohol but charging extra for black coffee and diet soda? seems a bit cheap. would have liked it if elements made it a bit more of an “experience”.

    Horrible experience for Mother’s Day breakfast. Below average food took over an hour to come out, making us late for our next event. Waiter was incompetent, attempting to justify the breakfast food that takes literally 5 minutes to make being so late because he wanted to give us enough time to “finish our appetizer”. Incompetent staff avoided accountability.
