The highlight was the spectacular view of the Niagara Falls. We requested a table by the window and they accommodated us. We all had the smoked turkey sandwich. It was tasty and fresh. Fries arrived cold but fresh hot fries were quickly delivered.
We had a family birthday celebration here for my son. The view was amazing. Food was good and the chef and staff accommodated my son’s complicated food allergies. Wait staff were very friendly.
The food and the view were excellent. The menu was very limited.
View fantastic. Food was good. Service was outstanding. We reserved for 6pm and arrived a bit early. The place filled up within a half hour so if you want a window seat... Wine was good and reasonably priced. Food was a little pricy but considering the tourist gouging that is going on in this town in season. It was actually a bargain.
Loved the restaurant and menu. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The view of the Horseshoe Falls was perfect. Loved our visit!
Great service, outstanding food, and a view second to none. Food a little pricy, but worth it for a special nighty! Kudos
Beautiful view, delicious food, great cocktails, fabulous service. I’m running out of adjectives, but it was an overall great experience! Would definitely recommend for a nicer lunch or dinner at the falls.
Made a reservation for my family to help celebrate 24 year wedding anniversary for my wife and I. Were seated on the second tier at the railing with an awesome view of the Falls!
Michelle our server was awesome, very informative and cordial and knew a ton about each dish which was good. Overall, we had the burgers (delish), shrimp sandwich (delish), and the rainbow trout sandwich (awesome, I had it and the horseradish on it was killer)
Started with spinach and artichoke dip with bread and the chicken wontons. Both were very tasty. Great ambiance, you’re paying for the view. Acoustics were all right, you could still have a conversation. Overall, highly recommended.
I expected a lot more. I was not given a table by the windows although I reserved months ago. The steak was very thin and barely had flavor. A couple of specifics of the order were missed. The gelato was very good. Not sure it was worth it.
Great view and food! Couldn't ask for a better first dinner experience in Niagara Falls. You can't get much closer to the Falls than where this restaurant is located.
Having dinner watching the falls was such an amazing experience. If you go to this restaurant, you must reserve a table with a view to the falls. The food was also really good. Good taste, good combination of ingredients and a good portion of food. I also liked the option of having a prix fixe menu. Such a good deal! The waitress was also very friendly and gave us good tips of food and also of the city.
Our server was outstanding. The view, even from the top tier, was wonderful. My husband had the lamb meal, with sausage and strip loin. The meat was delicious, cooked perfectly. I opted for the cheese plate. The duck meat was the real standout of the plate, smokey and moist. I did find the choice of cheeses not very imaginative - an aged cheddar,a brie and an oka. With some artisanal fromageries in the area, the choices could have been more varied. The portions were generous enough. All-in-all it was a great dining experience.
We had requested a table by the windows so that we could have the best possible view of Niagara Falls, and that request was acknowledged by the hostess and we were promptly seated by a window with a spectacular view! Our waitress was very attentive, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
Shame to give this restaurant a bad review but after what happened I really have no other option. My girlfriend and I had the worst experience there on our first anniversary. I have serious allergy to peanuts/nuts and my dinner was handled awfully. Things could have very well ended up with me in the hospital or worse.
After telling my server of the allergy concern, I was informed that they were well aware of the severity of allergies like mine and are able to accommodate me. I ordered a steak and fries, which I was told should have no concerns. What I wasn't told though was that they use the same oil for their fries as they do for their chicken fingers, which may contain nuts as they are made off-site. My server attempted (by her account) to make a substitution for me for potatoes without my knowledge (because apparently someone who's dealt with my allergy for 15 minutes is better equipped to make life decisions for me then I am after 29 years of living with it) but that did not happen. The fries were brought with my dinner to me by another server, unaware of the situation. It wasn't until about 10 minutes after I had already started eating that my server panics and tells me to stop eating my contaminated dinner. Thank goodness I was lucky a reaction didn't occur before then, as it regularly would have. I was able to leave in shock and anger instead of the in back of an ambulance.
Even afterwards the situation was mishandled. First of all, the server tried to take the dish and replace it like it was no big deal (I actually had to grab the plate to stop her). Then the manager gave me his speech, made me pay for the bottle of wine ($52!!) we ordered, and left us with "I hope you can salvage your night!"(we did...no thanks to you!).
Like I said before, it's a shame to slander this restaurant. I took my girlfriend there because I had been there once prior with coworkers and I enjoyed it (no issues at all). Good food. Great view. But this ignorance is inexcusable.
We went to this restaurant on our visit to Niagara Falls, based a lot on the reviews from Open Table. We each had the $35 fixed priced menu, my wife had the chicken and I had the steak. The food was good (not great) but the views of the falls were well worth the price. The drinks were a little pricey but not outrageous. Overall, a very good meal and experience.

Great views, but hard to get a window seat even when booked in advance. Food is decent
May well as have eaten at McDonalds. Did 3 course meal and out in 50 minutes after we told them we wanted a relaxing dinner. Food was good; view and table excellent.
The view was spectacular and the food was good. It was a wonderful dining experience for our last night at Niagra Falls.
Altho my wife and I live some distance from the Falls, we try to experience at least one meal per visit at The Elements. The food has always been well prepared and presented, and the prices are acceptable. They have a very friendly accommodating staff, and the service is top notch. I highly recommend it.
Vacation and birthday sinner
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Elements. The view is spectacular—overlooking the Falls. It is worth waiting for a table by the window. We ordered two prix fixe dinners that we were good value. The food was good quality and tasty but my sirloin arrived lukewarm. I asked our waitress to have it reheated, which she did very kindly and enthusiastically.
I would go there again for drinks and desserts knowing how popular it is.
Amazing views of the falls while eating a healthy lunch.
Saturday, 7:30pm table for 7 people with window seating to celebrate my 50th birthday. Exceeded expectations and would recommend.
Reservations: I made reservation through OpenTable a couple of months in advance and called directly to confirm the week prior. Window tables are first come, first served so we arrived at 7pm, 30 minutes early. Upon arrival I was told the reservation was only for 5 people. I had a print out showing 7. While the host began to argue, we stepped back and calmed down. Even with the discrepancy, they honored our reservation and also provided a window seat. We appreciated that.
View of Falls: spectacular, couldn't be closer. At 10pm for fireworks, walked across hall to outdoor terrace for an excellent non-obstructed view
Food: All 7 of us had the prix fixe meal, which was 55CAD for starter, main & dessert. The trout was pink and staff explained it was farm raised. I personally had the asparagus soup (excellent), steak and ice cream/gelato. The food exceeded my expectations.
Drinks: Most in our party also enjoyed a wine flight 15CAD which included 4, 2 oz pours or equivalent to 2 glasses. An excellent way to try wines from the local region. I also added a cuvee with my dessert.
Value: Excellent - At approximately 80CAD ($62USD) inclusive of tax & tip, this was well worth the price for the meal, drinks, view & service. Especially considering I paid $38USD at Ihop fallsview - which was a rip off.
Ambiance: You can dress casual, but it's also a great place to dress up. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Excellent place to celebrate my birthday. The dessert with candles & chocolate birthday sign was amazing.
Great place to grab lunch when at the falls
Amazing view of the falls from your seat. Food was pretty good, but it seemed like more of a family friendly place rather than date night spot.
Incredible view of the Falls. If you want a table along the window, make sure you make reservations early. But the view is great from everywhere.
Had a little mishap (water spilled on one in our party), but was handled very well, with apologies (multiple by the waiter), the manager and a free dessert.
Overall great experience.
Went for the view, but the food was way better than expected. Make your lunch reservation for their opening time to ensure you get a window table.
Good food, nice views, good service
Great view of the falls with great food. Service staff was very attentive.
Has a delicious meal and felt so welcome by the staff who served us !
Can't wait to go back to the falls and dine here again !!!!
Its hard to beat dining at a window table in the closest restaurant to Niagara Falls. However, there are so many better choices in Niagara Falls, Ontario than Elements on the Falls. Having to do it all over again, we would choose a different restaurant. My wife, daughter (16yo), and I had dinner here on our last night in Niagara Falls. We started the evening with the Spinach Artichoke Dip (wife / daughter), Ceasar Salad (me), and cream of wild mushroom soup (me). The soup was good....but different. The ceasar salad, might have been the best thing I at all night (other than dessert), and the spinach artichoke dip was ok (according to my wife). Where the dinner went off the wheels were the main courses. Both my wife and I ordered 6oz steaks and while they were cooked well, they had ZERO flavor (the staff must have known this, as she brought A1 steak sauce to the table.....at what we thought was a high end restaurant). The mashed potato and vegetables just were nothing exceptional.....and reading the website, i expected exceptional. The dessert was good, we shared a peach crumbe cake and some ice cream. All in all, the view was great; and with the right execution this restaurant could really have left us talking about how awesome of an experience we had. But my wife summed it up nicely at the end of the night......she has had a better steak at Applebee's.
Great view of falls. Food and service was excellent.
Food was great as was the view! Prices were shockingly reasonable.
I had requested a window seat and I was told that the row above had a better view.... hmmm next time I will wait the 15 minutes for a window seat :-(
food was good and many options.... steak cooked perfect - great service!!! would recommend to eat their once just for the view!
If you're looking for a nice restaurant with a spectacular view of the falls, this is the one.
We made a reservation for 1 pm
We arrived at 12:55 pm and they 'put us on the list ' So why make a reservation ? We waited with the walk ins ! Many people went in ahead of us without reservations . They said' a reservation doesn't guarantee you a seat'
Hmmm so what is a reservation for ?
Otherwise good experience ruined by back beginning .
Again, the brunch was very good, service was very pleasant. View was great.
Your there for the Falls and the view is spectacular! Staff pleasant and accustomed to handling large crowds. Food average and prices above average, but worth it for the view!
Needs tablecloths to justify the cost. Same cost and scenery as Keg not as nice
Amazing views and service!!
